I ordered a party pizza and a 12 inch garlic finger with extra cheese and sauce on the pizza and extra cheese on the garlic fingers and laid over 50 dollars. I get home and there’s literally hair in the pizza and garlic finger. Disgusting. I called and explained it to the lady on the phone and she said they can do 20 percent off and I said that’s not good enough. She called the manager and she said the manager won’t do a refund or give a free pizza only 20 percent off. I’ve been coming to this pizza place since a kid and now after this I won’t be going back. It’s a shame because I really liked their pizza. Thanks to the person on the phone trying to do the right thing but to the manager, I feel like I wasted my money.

After moving here six months ago and thinking I was going to have to give up my search for good pizza in Bathurst, I finally made it to Pizza Shack yesterday and was SO happy with the delicious, incredible pizza. Thank goodness there’s a restaurant that has delicious and affordable pizza around here.

BIG MISS!!! Very poor customer service. They mixed up a pizza with an onion allergy. Ok no big deal, but they should correct it. Instead they argued and chuckled. I spoke with an associate and the "Owner" all she offered was a note on my account. No credit, when I asked for the owners name she laughed and asked why I needed it. Typically any retail place when you ask for a manager they will provide they're name. Poor customer service!!

This is Bathurst's best pizza restaurant, hands down. You can really see the love and effort that is put into this local business. The food is always fresh, and the donairs are incredible with homemade meat and sauce. The staff are super friendly, and the service is always quick. This has been a favourite spot of mine for years.
It was so great to find this place after our long drive up from PEI. The pizza was fresh and tasty, staff were prompt and courteous. We are definitely stopping in again before we head home.
