Most of the night staff is terrible! Shouldn’t have to wait in line almost 10 minutes for a hot chocolate because their too busy playing around.. play around with tips, customers, coffee cup lids, or they all stand around talking and SWEARING like crazy! It’s absolutely ridiculous!🤦🏻♀️
