Bon Tim Hortons mais pourquoi l’affichage dans les téléviseurs sont seulement en anglais????? Bathurst est une ville majoritairement francophone et j’ai l’impression qu’ils ont oublié les francophones de Bathurst! Sinon si vous placez pas l’affichage bilingue il va avoir des problèmes pour les francophones! Aussi presque toutes les employés sont même pas bilingues! On perd pas mal le français à Bathurst vraiment! C’est ridicule sa! Je vous recommande pas ce Tim Hortons si vous êtes unilingue français! Mais pour moi je suis bilingue heureusement! À noter pour l’affichage bilingue!

Love the service and people at the downtown tim hortens i get treated so nicely in the morning and i hope they all have a wonderful day cheese cresont with egg and cheese and an XL steep tea they even know my order every morning ty so much all that work there

Maybe staff should worry about the customers instead of talking to each other, some people are on time limits when going for lunch.
Wheelchair accessibility: Had to help a man in a wheelchair get to the sidewalk as the parking lot had a lot of snow in it

Went here for dinner with my wife and not only did they screw up her order, they screwed up mine as well. I asked for a sandwich and got a wrap, I had to return to the store as they forgot my donut, my wife asked for a long artisan bun with her order and got a smaller one and then had to pay an extra $3 for a bun she was already charged for!!! I called in to ask about the sandwich and the person who answered argued they don’t have the sandwich I order yet it was on the menu. Never will I ever enter the doors to this restaurant again! Terrible customer service.

We went through the drive through and ordered our meal, one had just lettuce no tomatoes and the other had neither tomatoes or lettuce. When we went to eat both wraps had tomatoes and neither had lettuce. On top of that we asked at the window if they could add a box of timbits and the lady refused saying there was a line up when there was only 4 cars behind us. I worked at Tims for almost a year and never have i refused to add to someones order and add a new order if the customer already paid order because at that point your making the business lose money and its to service the customer not watch your serving times.
