ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE . I’m sorry if I’m in the drive thru and want to know what kind of muffins you have and it’s an hour from closing time. I asked for something. You didn’t have it at that hour. I asked for something else. Same response. I ask if you have muffins. I ask what kind. Don’t tell me you don’t know and get upset when I ask you to look.
And when you finally bring my bland terrible sandwich and coffee to the window please make sure to acknowledge me. And when you pass me my coffee please explain why there’s something red and sticky on the cup. (I’m assuming it was some sort of jelly).
Please and thank you goes a long way as well as manners!
Next time I’ll drive a little farther to the next town for my coffee at 2100h

barley speak any english, had to get them to remake our drinks several times. then did a lazy job, for example we ordered a large vanilla ice coffee got a medium, told them it wasn’t a large so they poured the medium into a large cup and filled the rest up with milk. it should not have taken 25 minutes for 2 drinks.

Drive through is terribly slow. 25mins is too long. We can see how long workers spend to make a single sandwhich. Parts of orders are forgotten. I've seen the employee number rise but not effectiveness. I got the wrong spread on my bagel even after they repeated the order back.

Have been going there for lunch for over 10 years, this ended today, every day it's 20+ minutes to get through the drive through now, before was 5-10 max, and orders are missing stuff or wrong...had enough, missed one item and other was wrong...done with this place!

After about a dozzen times, I go and swear to myself, I won't go again to that location again you would think I'd learn, but I guess I'll keep making the mistake. This time, I have to leave a review...

1. In a bilingual town, offer both french and english. If i speak English, don't continue pushing french .

2. The most cheap location on toppings/ servings I've ever been to . ( no cream cheese, very little sauce, little coffee too much Ice 😑, little meat or other toppings on any sandwiches etc.)

3. Know your menu.

Tim Hortins used to be the place to go for a fresh donut and tasty coffee. A few years ago they stopped using Mother PArkers coffee and things went downhill. Then they stopped making fresh donuts and only have frozen donuts now and it shows in the quality of the food. If this wasnt bad enough I went recently with my 2 kids to the Beresford location and while I was waiting I was watching a house fly on a donut, it was there for at least 5 minutes. When I pointed it out to the worker he said it was fine, he wooshed it away and it landed right back on the donut. I then said this is unacceptable and he once again said its fine..... We left without buying anything cause we were totally grossed out...The days of good service and good food are long gone and the feeling of a local business where the locals working therr is no longer. I am, as of last week 100% boycotting any Tims no matter what the circumstance. They went from #3 in Canadas prefered businesses to 50th, there are reasons for that!!!!!

Rudest service I ever experienced…. I know life is hard but giving me bad attitude for no actual reason is not gonna make her life any better but yeah.. I wasn’t even comfortable having my drink, she definitely shouldn’t be working there.
This happened yesterday, November 22 between 8-9 pm.

This Tim Hortons restaurant is still good but when I went for an iced Tim last time, the person barely spoke French but I am still competent in English despite that! What I don't understand is that the display is not bilingual French-English! So I don't agree that Tim Hortons in French-speaking cities are just in English or French only and not bilingual everywhere, it's our right to have bilingual service everywhere, even in French-speaking places! A Tim Hortons is a Tim Hortons, but it’s nothing more than that! The atmosphere is very old fashioned though at this point.
Tim! To recommend!

Great service with a smile. Apologized for the longer wait time. I appreciated it, but she was truly busy. The iced coffee caramel latte was delicious. I would recommend this Tim's location.

Drive thru at this location is the worse, especially since they brought out the worse pizza ever. Drive thru should be for coffee, donuts and small items only. Waiting 20 to 40 minutes in Drive thru is ridiculous.

We love stopping here on our way to and from Campbellton. The staff are generally always super friendly, the order is always correct and there is something about this location that everything tastes better. To top it off, the drive thru has the best view ever! We love the little stream that flows out to the bay, coupled with the bridge and trees surrounding it.
