We ate this smoked salmon every day during a recent trip to NB (discovered it at Sobeys!) It's flavorful without being salty. We look forward to visiting the Oven Head shop in Bethel on our next trip to NB!

Bought the smoked salmon and pate, with the salmon jerky. We had a long drive home and sadly 1 pack didn't make it home😁 it was so good that we couldn't stop eating it. This is such a special place and will definitely be back when we are up that way.

A few days ago we stopped by with a great group of overlanders on our final day in New Brunswick with our Nacrew. We've driven by this place several times without stopping and one of our clients on our trip asked if we could check this place out prior to heading back to the States. Wow, are we glad that she asked to stop here. YOUR SMOKED SALMON IS THE BEST I'VE EVER TASTED. We sat down this Sunday to relax and enjoy some football and decided to pull out the smoked salmon from Oven Head. We are incredibly glad we did. What an incredible treat. Thank you for creating such a fine product. It's amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The best smoked salmon hands down. We order large quantities yearly (since 1995) and freeze most of the order so we can enjoy it all year long. Just pulled out a package (9 months in the freezer) and it’s absolutely scrumptious.
