On more than one occasion I have been extremely disappointed with this business. I have ordered and received raw hamburgers, incorrect pizza orders, and beyond ignorant staff interactions both over the phone and in person. The only reason this establishment stays in business is because it’s one of two eat out spots in the village. With a federal prison 5 minutes away and the only take out spot with debit as an option, many choose this business out of convenience. For anyone thinking about going here for food, do yourself a favour and make an extra trip to grab cash and head 5 min farther down the road to BURKES diner. Great food and amazing customer service. I will never return nor will I recommend TRIO to anyone. Do better.

We ordered some bbq wings and they were absolutely terrible. I don’t if it was the cook or if that’s who they make them but it was lathered and drenched in sauce to the point where you could not taste the meat. The sauce smelt awful and completely overpowered the chicken. I really don’t what you would call the sauce it was not your typical bbq wing sauce because it certainly didn’t taste like any bbq sauce I’d eaten before. The building is old and dated and the guest interaction wasn’t anything spectacular.
