Always get the hot turkey when I come to visit, however today there was hardly any turkey in my sandwich, mostly just bread and gravy. Very disappointing as it usually is very good.

Older waitress served us 4 years ago when we moved here and was ignorant and unfriendly, never went back since, spoke to a couple of waitresses there recently decided to try it again and we had a couple of great waitresses and now they have been let go and the manager brought this miserable ignorant lady back.. we will no longer support here as we were regulars.. I did bring this issue with the Owner / Manager (as her other manager is off on maternity leave) and got totally brushed off and was happy to lose our business and I hope others follow.. I will never promote this place to anyone.

Based on Google rating we popped in here for breakfast and were greeted by our server, Christine who was awesome!!! The Chef's Omelette was one of the best I have ever had. And well staff were walking by with a fresh Coconut Pie and we couldn't resist, 3 forks and a large piece.... Looking for a great meal, pop in! Highly recommend!!!

Very good address with reasonable prices, we were attracted by the lobster but we left with the regret of not having taken advantage of the other dishes that the neighboring tables were happily enjoying. I recommend this restaurant.

We were looking for a food adventure and sought the Acadian dishes. The 4 of us shared the Crepe Rape (potato pancakes), Chicken Fricot, Rape (which was cut into quarters for us, the picture is of a quarter of a Rape), and a slice of Clam Pie. All were enjoyable however the Chicken Fricot & Rape were the most popular.

For desert I had a Pet de Soeur (with enough spoons for everyone), and a friend had a slice of German Chocolate Cake. The cake was great, but I think the Pet de Soeur stole the show, I let everyone at the table have a taste so they all knew what they were missing.

8/20/2024 – Supper at La Sagouine Restaurant, Bouctouche, New Brunswick
La Sagouine has a diverse but not overly large menu. I had the appetizer-sized seafood crepes and a salad. My husband had the seafood crepes dinner served with rice, vegetables and a roll. Everything was excellent. Nice homey, clean and bright atmosphere and excellent service. Rate 5 out of 5. Price included a bottle of wine.
Late Lunch on 8/21 You can never get too much of a great thing. We were so impressed with La Sagouine that we returned the next day to share lunch with our friends, as last night’s food was perfect. I had two of the appetizer-sized crepes, one of my friends had the had the seafood chowder along with the appetizer sized crepe and a salad, her husband had the shrimp dinner and my husband had the seafood chowder as well.. The shrimp was lightly breaded and perfect. The seafood chowder, served with a large homemade roll was the hands down the best chowder that we have had on our entire trip to Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. The homemade vinaigrette salad dressing was delicious and all the vegetable in the salad were fresh. Presentation was simple and non-pretentious and the service was excellent. Rate 5 out of 5.
