DISGUSTING!!! TIM HORTONS BOUCTOUCHE FLIES ALL OVER THE FOOD. IM TALKING 40+ FLIES IN THE DONUT WINDOW AND ALL OVER THINGS ON THEIR COUNTER. WAS FILTHY AND WOULD NOT EAT THERE IF YOU PAID ME. CLEAN UP. THATS GROSS.

Asked the gentleman doing the wraps to please change his gloves before making my order. When he replied why would I. I told him you went in the back with the same gloves and they were full of sauce/grease on them. He then said I only touched plastic bags.

After that conversation he never changed his gloves. He got someone else do my order because he didn’t want to change his gloves.

No customer service at all.

Every time I stop for coffee at this location it is so awful tasting. Also please let us finish our words for the love of God, the drive-through is the most annoying.

Half of the items on the menu are not available, all timbits and donuts are made very poorly. glazed donuts that aren't glazed, only having 3 kinds of timbits in stock, ice cap that's more like water with a cup of laxatives, apple fritter with no apple at all, paper bags and lots of wrappers all over the floor, flies in the timbits, it really doesn't get worse. Edit: went again snd bought a box of 50 timbits and lots of them were RAW in the middle

I was at the drive thru around 1130 as it wasn’t busy at all. I already knew what I wanted and even tho I couldn’t get the loaded bowl i was quick to pick a farmers wrap. Now i’m not a big fan of chipotle sauce, I get made instead. So i order sausage farmers wrap with mayo instead of chipotle sauce, then I order my coffee and because it’s the pumpkin time of year I get my DD with a shot of pumpkin (it’s sooo good) However I never got the shot of pumpkin as my coffee tastes like a reg DD and there was chipotle sauce on my wrap with no mayo to be seen. I paid extra to get mayo and i paid extra to get the shot of Pumpkin. The only thing they got right was my donut cuz i wanted to try the spiced vanilla filled Donut. Not to mention when I was getting my order taken after every word I’ll get cut off and asked if that was everything or is that all. I felt unheard and rushed. There were not many cars behind me, even if there was it would be no excuse to rush a customer like that. And when i would get interrupted he will repeat the wrong thing. I asked for farmers wrap he replied “farmers on home style” I was like NO! It’s getting to the point where Bouctouche Tim’s is worse than Saint-Antoine Tim’s. And if it’s really that hard to understand me in the drive thru I might have to start using google translate. So that everyone on staff can understand me.

How they can fix this:
Listen to the customer. Take your time. Read the order to get it right. When taking the order and it’s a little unusual tell the person at that station the changes to it. And if you don’t understand something ASK. We all learned these things in elementary school it’s basic communication that can help get the customer what they asked for.

Yesterday around 6:30 i visited this place i like the attitude of the person who were working like it seems they have short staff and big line up but still they manage very nicely the supervisor and there team were very nice really appreciate. I did not ask the name of supervisor . She was small height girl and she was really hard working

Easily one of the worst Tim Hortons I've ever had the misfortune of going to. The level of service here would be laughable if it wasn't so sad. I would avoid this place at all costs. Go to any other location, the detour will be worth it.

Terrible service and dirty! Went in the drive through with 3 teens. I paid for me and my teen. The 2 others needed to pay separately with their bank cards. They refused to take a third order through the drive through, fine we went inside for the third. Thank god we did because items were missing from our first order. When we went inside to get the missing hashbrown and to place the third order, the begrudgingly gave us the missing hashbrown with attitude. The store was a mess and while we were waiting for our third order I used the washroom which was disgusting. Im not a fussy person and even for me this was gross. Will pay more and go to the little cafe or to Irving for me coffee next time I buy breakfast in Bouctouche.

I had a very disappointing experience today. The supervisor, Krishma, demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and courtesy. Before managing customer interactions, I strongly believe she needs proper training in communication and customer service.

I hope appropriate steps are taken to improve the quality of customer support.
