the slowest tim horton in canada. Doesn't matter what time of the day or evening it ranges at 5 min per vehicles. I tried to go order to see if it was better inside but same result. Even tho there is 5 employees it seems like only 1 is working all position and the rest of employees are leaning on the counters. One thing for sure the nosing of the counter must be clean at all time.

Quite frankly, the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to in Canada . Slowest Tim’s in NB for sure . Staff doesn’t even know their products . Always pen being used to write on the lids. Tim’s is no longer a reputable Canadian coffee place .

Lineup to outside, plenty enough of staff to have both cashes open, waited 30 minutes just to finally order, and half of them behind the counter must think its a playground, not paying attention, nor really working, putting drinks and food on counter not saying what it is, us customers are confused to what is ours, we ask workers, they dont even know themselves, or were flat out ignored ?‍♀️ you can have fun at home, work is work, some of us have to GO to work and would like a bite to eat, drink or coffee to get us going... very disappointed all i could do was shake my head. I myself have been in their shoes working in a fast food setting, i get it, it gets stressfull and overwhelming but they seemed to not have a care in the world ?

30 mins to get through the drive through at 3pm??? What kind of clown show takes that long for coffee?? Plus this is a french community and I can't remember the last time I was greeted in french?? A complete jokeFor any of you who can see their comment below, know it is a completely empty gesture and they don't do anything because they genuinely don't care.
