What’s the point in specifying a time for delivery if it’s totally disregarded? And didn’t even get the order right.

Placed an order for delivery waited an hour so I called back and they had put it for pickup. I than told them my address and they said wait 20 more minutes I waited and they tried to deliver to the wrong address. Finally after 2 hours and some change of waiting I got my pizza delivered. They didn’t bother to remake the pizza after they had it sitting there for over an hour on the counter at the store because of their mistake.

My fiancee and i order wings from greco tonight and were told the price for 20 wings got 18 instead and when my fiancee called back the gentleman on the phone was so incredibly rude and ignorante on the we have ordered from here for years and never had a proble will not be ordering from here again

review is long but read it and save your money. last time i ordered at greco.. they gave me this sloppy looing poutine that i paid close to 12$ with tip and everything. Today even though i was hesitant on going back there because of my last experience with food there, i thought i will give them another chance. 1 because i didn't have much life during lunch break and they seemed less busy considering i was the only car that pulled into their parking lot at that time. so i ordered half veggie sub and poutine. after waiting 15 mins my order was called ( half vegie sub and poutine) so they know what i ordered what they were supposed to serve. I picked up my order came back to office.. and with 10.mins left to my lunch break.. i quickly opened my sub and took a bite( only to discover its beef and ham sub and not vegie)My poutine looked and tasted worst than last time and quantity even smaller than 1/2 of regular size poutine. So i quickly called them :we can give you a credit for the sub, you can havr free sub next time. Next time !? no sir there will no next time, i've learned my lesson

Good donair, good service, great place to relax and plenty of spaces to park
I ordered a 10 inch garlic fingers with two donairs and a party pizza. The donairs were pretty good, sweet sauce and very decent meat. The garlic finger is excellent, definitely worth trying, however, the party pizza lacked cheese, but passable.
The big negative point of the restaurant is the atmosphere and the quality of service, when I placed my order at the counter in the branch, the manager was leaning on the door frame of the supervisors' office and watching the clerks work instead of responding to customers who were waiting at the checkouts. Very heavy atmosphere for workers and customers.
Instead of looking stupidly at the clerks who work, they should be trained on the importance of cleanliness and cross-contamination in a food environment. The same person handles money, the cash register, picks up things from the floor and touches several surfaces that are not sanitized, without washing their hands, only a few seconds later, cuts the pizza and garlic fingers and handles the food cooked without washing your hands.
