The service is often long. During my last meal there I ordered a coffee via the app with table service and the coffee never arrived. I had to go ask for it at the counter and they canceled my order even though it had already been paid for.... I would have waited a long time for my coffee!

I always get great service every visit I ever encountered. It pays to be nice and compassionate. I've worked in fast food industry alot, and the people complaining apparently does not understand how stressful and busy those places get. Sometimes, all you need is to be nice to THEM, to get this quality service. Mistakes on orders happens, because they are human, it happens.
