This place is a gem! We were looking for a place to eat while in Campbellton and came across this restaurant and thought to give it a try. We are glad we did. The food is flavourful and the service is absolutely amazing! Our server Stephanie went above and beyond. It’s a small place but totally worth a try.

It's located in a strip mall. The menu has different options that are mostly Italian inspired. There are many pasta dishes but no pizzas. You can get fresh pasta for a little extra. If you like big portions, this might not be the place for you.

First visit to Campbellton and It was a busy Monday night at Pronto, so I took my Pollo Cacciatore to go. I like that pasta dishes are available in small and regular sizes. Small was perfect! The dish was fresh and delicious!

We had a fantastic experience at Pronto! Keegan, the owner-manager, went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 10, including 4 kids. His hospitality was outstanding—warm, welcoming, and professional. The food was incredibly fresh, the wine pairings were spot-on, and the service was flawless from start to finish. If we pass through Campbellton again on a future road trip, we’ll definitely be back. A+ experience—highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite spots in Campbellton. I almost always have the pasta but they do have sandwiches during the lunch hour. The house pinot (bask) is great and pairs well with the dishes. Favorites are Gambino, Pasta con vodka and of course Chicken Alfredo. The pane is baked there and is a must.

The only reason I’m not leaving 1 star is the good service. I can honestly make better food at home in 10 minutes… this place is a s Italian as I’m a penguin.
Had a reservation for 7pm for a group of 10, half of us showed up at 7:05 and were seated by the owner. The other half of the group was running late and the owner questioned where the rest of the group was and we told him they will be 5-10 minutes. Owner told us when we make a reservation, he expects people to show up on time because there are other reservations. This is understandable, but owner was passive aggressive in his delivery of the message which made the present group a tad uncomfortable, resulting in ordering our meal before the other members of the group arrived. All that said, we wrapped up around 8:30 and no other group arrived during the time we were present. Food and server were good, but an uncomfortable dinning experience due to the owners initial comments.

Terrible customer service. The owner was extremely rude to guests who were later to the reservation. We were rushed by the owner saying that they had reservations after ours (we were there till 20:40 and no one even arrived, so a lie as they close at 21hrs) and asking how much longer for the rest of our party to arrive. Then we had to wait a long time to even order drinks and food and half the party order in that moment while the rest had to order after. Appetizer came after the meal, after inquiring about it. One of the order came with the wrong sauce and the guest got so uncomfortable she just took it. Food is not bad but we won’t be returning.

So as people from maine and not canada, let me be the first to say... YOU HAVE TO EAT HERE. The food: absolutely amazing. The flavor behind each and every dish my wife and I had here was out of this world. We celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary here and they went above and beyond with making us feel at home. Would 10000% recommend to anyone that wants to eat here prepare yourself for a night of amazing company and food.
