I’ve tried this place a few times and really wanted to like it. The location is beautiful and there are so few places to eat. However, the food is bland and the seafood was overcooked the two times I ordered it. When my daughter ordered the Alfredo, it came more as a soup than a pasta and the shrimp was way overcooked. For the price, you would think it would be better. The burger, while decently cooked, is nothing special and my bun was soggy.

While the location is absolutely stunning inside and out, the few times I’ve been there, I’ve heard the male manager call himself “daddy” to the female servers. Some looked visibly uncomfortable which makes it an awkward experience. This is not only a sexual harassment suite waiting to happen but also a very uncomfortable dining experience for paying customers. I understand inside jokes at the workplace, but saying them loud enough for your customers to hear and being in a position of power, you should not be saying that to your female employees, joke or not.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Watching this place go from a little cabin on the waterfront, to a shop hidden beside a fish market to now having the BEST PLACE in town is a testament to the quality of food they dish out. All this success they had in less than 5 years shows that the locals love it and it is a must visit place for any travelers. 10/10

Beautiful location overlooking the mouth of the Restigouche River. I had the ribs and they were very good. The wait staff for excellent.

Food was OK. But think most of it is just reheated from frozen. Building is really nice with a great view of river. Lots of interesting things inside like artwork and taxidermy.

I eat at Sophias every Wednesday for almost 2 years now and each and every time it's a great overall experience.
The crew over there is amazing, great people that provide excellent service.

I love the new place. The new breakfast menu! It was delicious! That breakfast poutine was so delicious and filling. The thin crepes was also good!

We are born and bred Campbelltonions ? We went to this restaurant for dinner sat down took approx 15 minute to have a young lady ask us for our drink order . Then we ordered our food and waited 40 minutes still no food when I inquired as to when our food was coming I was told sorry they misplaced your order ! How can this happen it was not that busy ! I could see the kitchen staff standing and giggling . BOTTOM LINE I WOULD NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND. When I ask to speak to the Manager I was told oh sorry he just left not sure when he will be back!!!😡😡😡😡

Been a huge fan since day one, hadn't gone since the big move. Finally decided to go today. Food is amazing, as always. Excellent service with Keisha and beautiful spot! 10/10 recommend 👌

We went on Saturday night and it was pretty busy. We were able to get a table and the server was very attentive. Drinks and food took a bit long but it was busy and worth the wait. I loved the presentation of the drink! I had no idea it would be so cute and definitely worth the price. Three of us ordered the Thai poutine and it was huge and delicious. Chicken was crispy and the Thai flavor mixed with the gravy was so tasty. Not too spicy either. Our other guest had the club which was filled with fresh chicken. They also enjoyed the rainbow cake they had available for their featured desert. Coffee was also very flavorful and served with cute glasses of sugar cream and/or milk. We will definitely be back!

I really wanted to pleased. People have been recommending the food (I’m new to the area) but I was neither pleased nor impressed with this first impression.
Went on a weekday for lunch. Had 1.5hr break and still that wasn’t enough time to get a meal. The suggestion was to call ahead and order.
I’m sorry, if you’re a restaurant that can’t get food out in a timely manner then you need to stop offering lunch service. Or, at the very least, warn customers of the wait time so they can decide if they’d like to chance it. But that wasn’t offered to us, just an excuse instead.
The food was cold. It wasn’t that great and service was a bit lacking. No refills on drinks. No update on food coming. People who ordered first got served last. The floors and tables were sticky…
It was all kinds of not good.
Too bad because it’s a beautiful location. Could be great, but just wasn’t.
I’m also not unaware of how hard it is to find and keep staff. I know this to be a challenge everywhere, but that is not a valid excuse.

Me and a coworker both ordered a loaded poutine (popcorn and bacon cheese burger). We were sat and didn't have our order taken for 20 mins. Our order then took another 45 mins plus to come out. Over all we spent over an hour and a half waiting.
Food was okay, as expected for a poutine.
Waiter mostly avoided us, probably because the food was taking so long to come out.

Food was fresh but tasteless. We order tacos and they had no spices, just grilled chicken or beef. Presentation and service was good but could be better if they would use more than salt and pepper to condiment their food.
A beautiful restaurant with lovely views of the river but will not be back.

This restaurant changed their location it hasn't been to long since they opened. We are always willing to try a new opening. There was five of us. When we got there the others were already there. They were given water at the table but the carafe was empty the never refilled it she took our order four of us got our order but one did not. When he asked the server she said sorry it seems that it wasn't put in. By the time he got his order the rest of us were finished. Even the orders had a few things wrong usually fish comes with tartar sauce there was none. They advertised club sandwich .made with sour dough bread but it was regular toast and no coleslaw. Server never came to the table to ask if everything was okay. Never came to refill the water never asked if we wanted coffee and dessert terrible service. For me I will not go back.
