I use to go to Tim's daily. Lately I go once or twice a month when I don't have time to make my own coffee. I stopped going because of how slow the inside service was. I refuse to wait 15 mins in a drivethrough that has 30 cars lined up to the next block every time. Also, the coffee was only drinkable, 1 out of 5 visits. I now make my coffee at home, and it is great everytime, I'm never late for work.I notice most of the staff has changed. With only a few of the staff I previously remember seeing. From working at a fast food restaurant as a manager previously, there's a few points I noticed that need to be worked on here. There was only one cash open. The lineup at this cash had about 6 people in it waiting, and it was not moving - only one staff member on this cash, who was clearly struggling, with absolutely no help. Typically, there should be a swing or shift manager who would oversee issues like this and would step in to help keep service running smoothly - this isn't the case here. You need to pay for more staff to address the high volume of customers. You are losing money as people are walking out for the long wait times, or aren't even going in (my case) as they see the lineups going out the door - this is apparent at both Campbellton and Atholville locations. If you pay your staff more, they won't leave. If you govern them more, they will be more efficient. All of the issues seem to be a snowballing effect here.Hopefully you can address these issues, as it wouldn't cost you much and could save your investment.

Very very bad experience. I never get what I order, or it’s the total opposite of what I ordered. The drive through is much more faster than inside! And also just one cashier… Maybe get rid of supervisor (willie) & half the team including the new manager (ANNIE LORD) she’s a recovering drug addict, treats her employees like absolute trash. She goes into work intoxicated 80% of the time because she can’t handle her problems at home. Takes it out on her staff.

Very nice place I will say for this Tim Hortons when you ask for cream cheese You might want to ask for it on the side even though you're really only getting about two tablespoons worth of cream

When I order food I expect it to be fresh and edible. Epic fail, my sandwich bread was black from being burnt in the toaster. I'm disappointed that the one making the sandwich thought that was good enough to sell. It was not. And the wrap had black wilted lettuce, which I had to remove. I promise you this if I ever return to your location, I will inspect all of my order before driving off. Please get it right the first time.

I usually resist negative posting reviews, but once again, the Dalhousie location was consistent with disappointment, whether it is short staffing or machines nonfunctional. Too bad as there is only one location in town.

When you order a French vanilla it's never topped up and your paying for a size lower than what you ordered. There's 2 rude staff members, one staff members refuses to make the mobile orders that pop up and makes you wait. The service here has gone down extremely bad since new management.
