Would give 0 stars if I could but I can’t so 1 star it is. Here’s the reasoning behind what I think should be 0 stars.. first off I remember when Tim Hortons paid attention to what you ordered; repeated the order back to you so there’s no confusion; now you get people that barely speak English won’t ring your order in at the drive through so you never see your total; you get the pay window and it’s not even your order that your paying for you. If you wanted one kind of muffin or donut and they don’t have it they don’t tell you they just give you something else hoping that it’s fine. I just came back from getting a sausage on English muffin; got bacon asked for what I paid for only to have the drive through lady ARGUE with me on what I ordered and what I paid for; I paid for sausage I got bacon and then they argue with me? 0 STAR FOREVER 0 STARS I am now going to McDonalds for everything. Shame really because when I worked for Tim Hortons they actually cared about the people not just a pay check.

The staff here are always very friendly and the service is fast. The food is well made and delicious. My order is always accurate, the one time it wasn't accurate they fixed the issue right away.

I reviewed before saying this is the best Tim’s in town but they’re all owned by the same person and all the staff are fed up with the way things are going. This Tim’s is now the only one with mobile orders & you can see the stress it’s putting on them.

coffee is not fresh as it used to be and 3 out of 4 cups of coffee you get is constantly full of coffee grains
