I realize labor day would be busy and we weren't in a hurry..we put our order in for 2 small clams told us it would be 25 minutes no big deal after 1 hour and 10 minutes I went to the counter and just ask to make our order takeout instead she said let me check if we have clams left..no clams left..so we waited over an hour for nothing..I have worked in restaurants before you run out of things but you don't wait that long to tell customers..when the kitchen staff knew they were out of clams should have went thru orders and told the people that ordered them ..they knew long before because about 20 minutes before I went to counter they told a customer there were clams left ok I thought they would have had enough for the people that ordered..poor service

Worst food we've had in the area. Literally could barely eat it. Tasteless batter reminiscent of dog food, seafood served with kraft tartar sauce, fries no one finishes. The hot chicken sandwich here makes the depression era Sunday dinner look glorious. Would never eat here again. Atmosphere is great just have a drink instead!

Best place in the area for Fried clams.
Service staff is adorable.
A must add to one's bucket list.

Make sure you go in hungry as the portions are humongous...

I don't know if it was daytime or not but I don't recommend this restaurant if you want to eat a “fresh dish”.
While traveling as a couple in NB, we wanted to discover the region's specialty with the famous fish and chips. We order a plate of 4 pieces that we will share, but unfortunately the fish had no taste, no seasoning, and the tartar sauce was store-bought (packaged/ready-made). The fundamentals of fish and chips were really not there…

However, despite this dissatisfaction, the staff was able to react quickly to the situation. We thank them.

Wow! The fish and chips at Restaurant A La Dune in Cap Pelé are a game-changer! Super crispy fish, perfect chips, and the cole slaw? Simply out of this world. Right by the fabulous Aboiteau Beach, too. A must-visit spot in the summer!

This place was super busy on a Sunday evening. There was a 1 hour 15 minute wait to get your food. Being I don't like seafood I decided to go with a classic of a hot chicken sandwich you can't go wrong with that or so I thought! After waiting all that time boy oh boy was I surprised and VERY disappointed to have white sauce on my hot chicken. In Quebec and in the US I have only ever had these with brown gravy. it was not that good.
