I am gluten free and everytime I eat at Subway the bread falls apart. A nice young lady named Lily toasted my bread twice which made the bread stay together. She knew exactly what to do with my allergy and how I can actually enjoy my meal at Subway!!! Only Subway I've ever been to that has made an effort for my allergy. I enjoyed every bite!!. Thank you Lily.

If you need to write the order for one sub down on a piece of paper with pen in order to remember it, do not then put that piece of paper into the oven with my sub while you toast it. Pen ink is not food safe last time I checked.

I will never do an online order again. When you ask for more salts, it does not mean add 1 pound of salts in it. The cook/person that did my subway doesn't like her/his job or doesn't know what a little bit more salt means. It's not normal that my subway only tastes like eating straight up salt. My 12 inch was not even cut in half and for some reasons, the 6 inch subway I order also with the 12 inch had tomatoes inside, which was not requested.
Order was made on 15/12/2024 around 5:00PM. I honestly hope the owner read my review and does something. There was something clearly wrong tonight. Not my first online order, but probably my last one.
