In almost 40 years of eating at La Source I've never had a single bad experience. They make some of the best chicken wings I've ever had. Their fish and chips is awesome, nice light batter and fresh cut fries. The staff is always friendly and owner "Guy" is around most of the time. This is one of the only places I know of where the owner come by to ask how the meal was. If you've ever attended one of Guy Laviolette's caterings, then you know that his attention to detail is impeccable. His menu prices are also very reasonable. Its an old restaurant but its a great spot. I also noticed many updates and renos on my last visit. Go for the friendly service and stay for the great food! :-)
We went here for supper over the weekend Hubby and I (Date night) and the staff is so friendly and nice.
Food is delicious as well highly recommend we will definitely be going back 👌 😋

Nice surprise on our return to Quebec! Short stop of one hour maximum, very clean and welcoming by the owner for 50 years ? Delicious scallops and tender seafood with a homemade roll made daily, nothing less ?

Nous avons diner sur place le 14 août le midi. Nous avons été agréablement surpris. 5 filet de poulet avec patate pilé, 1 hamburger avec une boulette de viande de 1/2 lbs plus frite, une poutine régulière, 3 boulle de pain fait maison. Le tout pour environ 50 $. L'extèrieur du bâtiment aurait besoin d'un peu d'amour mais l'intérieur était parfait. À essayer.
