This Store recently renovated and is looking much more alive. The staff are mostly friendly and food was good. Worth checking out when craving A&W

Ordered 2 combos, opened the bag it looked like it was all there. Got home to find out missing one burger. They have figured out how to avoid angry customers. Don’t answer the fax line they put in their google profiles. A&W Dieppe don’t care to know when the make a mistake.

I love A&W. The food is fantastic and the service is already great. You can't go wrong with root beer for drinks.
The only complaint is portions. The price is fair but you only get a handful of fries. You basically get double the fries at McDonalds for less.
Other than portion sizes this is always a good food option.

Super rude! I asked for a frozen cup, and the staff said their machine is broken. Then another white guy said the same thing, and they quickly gave them one. I asked them why. They didn’t say anything and then quickly handed me a frozen cup. I can’t believe that A&W service can he this bad! The A&W in my town is way much better than here!!
All I got to eat was a root beer and an apple turnover, but I had to write this review because of the excellent customer service I got from an employee at this location Gurrpreet Sinah. Very kind and great service!

I went to the drive-thru today, there was no lineup and the dining room was hardly busy. Ordered 2 double teens, one with no sauce, 2 teens, one with no pickles, and 5 fries and 4 drinks. It took them 20 minutes to get our food out. During that time the workers seemed to be just chatting and messing around. They forgot one of our fries, and put sauce on one of our burgers. I'd like to think this isn't a difficult order, and I can understand making mistakes when it's busy. But this is unacceptable. I won't return if this is the new standard.

This will be my first and last time to visit A&W. Worst food ever. Cold fries, no salt, no habanero sauce inside the habanero burger and overpriced. Worst experience ever.
