Super rude! I asked for a frozen cup, and the staff said their machine is broken. Then another white guy said the same thing, and they quickly gave them one. I asked them why. They didn’t say anything and then quickly handed me a frozen cup. I can’t believe that A&W service can he this bad! The A&W in my town is way much better than here!!

I went to the drive-thru today, there was no lineup and the dining room was hardly busy. Ordered 2 double teens, one with no sauce, 2 teens, one with no pickles, and 5 fries and 4 drinks. It took them 20 minutes to get our food out. During that time the workers seemed to be just chatting and messing around. They forgot one of our fries, and put sauce on one of our burgers. I'd like to think this isn't a difficult order, and I can understand making mistakes when it's busy. But this is unacceptable. I won't return if this is the new standard.

This will be my first and last time to visit A&W. Worst food ever. Cold fries, no salt, no habanero sauce inside the habanero burger and overpriced. Worst experience ever.

It's a fast food restaurant! Don't expect a 5 star meal. This being said, to the opposite of approx 85 of their competitors, the ingredient is the food. No ingredients to a French frie!!! A potato, oil and salt. No Ingredients to a beef patty. Beef, seasoning. Just a thinker that cares.

Nice place to hang out with family and friends, and also to enjoy great coffee.
I wish i can give the negative ratings, after waiting 20 minutes for my burger; they are telling me there’ll be full time wait more as they already have other orders. Means what i have to go to work now without food, they should lets us know that that we have to wait for half an hour for a burger combo even on drive through…..very much disappointed
