Food was tough, Atmosphere... It's the mall so mall atmosphere. As for the service, the server was some what abrupt at first watched her as she served a older woman no acknowledgement and just tossed condiments in her bag but seamed to turn it around.

I was here 5:30 pm on September 12, 2025 at Champlain Place in Moncton, NB. The cashier went in the back where they cook the food and she had a bag of fries that she was eating out of and then dumped the rest in with the other fries that had been cooked so they would mix in with customer fries. That was disgusting and very shocking to see!!!

Terrible experience. The lady taking the order seemed annoyed I was ordering food from them. I asked for it to be takeout and she rolled her eyes and complained to the other lady that I was just telling her now that I wanted it to go. They placed everything on a tray and handed me the bag to bag up my order to go, and in addition to this rude behavior, our order was wrong. I suggest hiring competent and polite employees. Won’t return to this location.

The breakfast wrap is pathetic. A cheaply assembled overpriced offering that's a laugh competing against McD's burrito. I'm not a big person, only 5'6", but the a&w wrap fit in the palm of my hand. No kidding. It contained quite possibly the cheapest cut of bacon available, tough as an overcooked porkchop. Then, a fried egg with......Ketchup!! Call it whatever name you like, it's ketchup with quite possibly a small piece of sweet pepper? Ketchup on an egg? Yuck! This doesn't fool anyone that it's not salsa. And it's not even listed on the overhead that it's on there. A&W, you used to be my go to for a quick snack or meal but this is just one more cheaply made crappy meal I won't bother with, not to mention the d r y burgers. How long can they be kept on the warming rack? Terrible. Your onion rings rate #1 though they're probably getting the cheap chop sometime soon and that will be too bad as I will be a lost customer at that point. Obviously not a great concern despite that there may be 1k or more like me. Have a nice day.

How come meat in burger is dry? It should be juicy, no? It is your main product and you can’t make it.
One of the registers was not working and there was a long line. They moved people through pretty fast though. The food was the same as everything else in the same chain.

Part 1 Always get my monies worth at A&W, and my recent visit was no exception. I ordered the chubby chicken burger with fries and sugar-free root beer. One of two regrets is that there's no option for a frosty frozen glass mug like in their restaurants. Understandable since this A&W is within the malls food court and, unfortunately, not everyone willingly would return their glass mug. Enjoyed my meal. Too many fries for one but, happily my lovely wife Pat was willing to help devore them. Great meal. Oh yeah, second regret was that I noticed their whistle dog special has returned. Had I noticed that in the beginning, I'd have ordered one of those. Next time.
Part 2 This was my "next time" here at A&W, and I ordered their whistle dog meal deal. Everything tasted good. Bit fattier meal having the hotdog with bacon and cheese but very tastey. I'll stick with the chubby chicken next time. It's always good to be adventurous, though.
Parking: Never have a problem parking in this malls humongous parking lot. Not handicapped but worth noting that there are plenty of handicapped parking spots up front.
