We had a fabulous dinner! My husband had the duck and I had the braised oxtail. We both would order these entrees again. The ambience was so refreshing in that it was quiet and relaxing. For dessert, we split the pistachio chocolate mousse pod and the only regret is that we wish we would have ordered 2. We will definitely dine here again.
Our server Stephanie made us feel very welcomed and explained to us all the questions we had on the different items on the menu. She even introduced us to the Boulangerie where we purchased delicious sweets. The meal at Atelier Tony was also very good. Overall a very nice experience especially due to our waitress.
La nourriture était excellente mais le service un peu trop rapide. Aussi, j'aurais apprécié que vous m'auriez offert la possibilité de répondre à ce sondage en français.
Atelier Tony's was a superb dining experience. My guests and I enjoyed the entire experience from beginning to end. The care and attention to detail were much appreciated.
We chose the 5 course tasting menu and enjoyed it very much. It consists mostly of items that are on the regular menu but you can taste more items in smaller portions. The beet salad with goat cheese in philo pastry was excellent. So was the Blue dot beef. The dessert was a sweet and salty mix, a sweet potato cake with a speculoos like cookie and maple syrup ice cream. It was delicious. I had been to the Atelier a few years back and had been disapointed. This time it was spot on and totally worth the splurge.
What a nice restaurant! We were there for the dinner sitting. A neighbourhood gem - small seasonal menu. Tasty but tending to be pricey. Quiet dining, intimate and great cocktails.
Three years ago, we first experienced Atelier Tony’s food at the Ballet Atlantic “BALLET-BY-THE-OCEAN” fundraiser. The program called it a “tasting menu,” but honestly, it was so much more. Fast-forward to last Friday night, and we finally made the trip from our cottage in Grande-Digue to Dieppe for the full Atelier Tony experience. Being from Montréal, with a few years spent in the restaurant scene, we’re a bit picky about food (though poutine râpées and fried clams always have a place in our hearts). Walking into Tony’s, our first impression was how open and bright the space felt. The kitchen is open to the restaurant, with plenty of big windows letting in natural light. Everything was spotless too—not surprising, since Executive Chef Jordon Holden clearly takes pride in the place. Now, about the food: Everything we ordered—from cocktails to starters, mains and more—was easily on par with, or even better than, lots of our favourite spots back home in Montréal. The “Jurançon sec” wine was a great choice and paired perfectly with our meal. I tried the Atlantic (Labrador) mussels in tomato cioppino broth, which was a pleasant surprise because I’m usually not a big fan of tomato with seafood. The broth really worked, especially for dipping the toasted pesto baguette. For my main, the Lobster Farfalle was packed with flavour and absolutely delicious. Seriously, there wasn’t a single thing to complain about. The whole team—from Chris Holden (the boss and Jordan’s brother) to the friendly servers and the kitchen crew—made us feel right at home. If you’re planning a visit, I highly recommend starting with Chris’ Mango Sour cocktail. It makes a great launching point for the feast that follows. Oh, and if you’re in downtown Moncton, drop into "Tony’s On Botsford" for a pastry and coffee; it just happens to be located steps away from where I grew up.
We have been here a few times and it is always very very good. We had the tasting menu and each dish was just as delightful as the last. To top it off we were celebrating an occasion and our waitress even brought out a special “Congratulations” plate to end our meal. I would 10/10 recommend.
We had a great server! She was very attentive and sweet. The ambience was wonderful and chic. Food was delicious. Definitely worth a visit!
We recently celebrated my mom’s 60th surprise birthday dinner at Atelier Tony, and I truly cannot thank the team enough for making it such a memorable and special evening for her. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect—the atmosphere, the food, the beautiful pre-ordered cake, and all the little touches in between.
A huge thank you to Naketah and Chris, who were incredible throughout the planning process and made everything run so smoothly. To the amazing floor staff, the kitchen team, and the chef—thank you for the delicious meals and the thoughtful complimentary appetizers that were such a lovely surprise.
It was a night we’ll never forget, and I’m so grateful to everyone involved. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

I visited Atelier Tony today and really enjoyed everything! 🍽️ The atmosphere is cozy, the food is delicious, and the staff are truly wonderful — friendly, polite, and helpful. As a Ukrainian with limited English, I really appreciated how understanding and respectful they were. The best part is that they told me a Ukrainian menu will be available starting tomorrow! 🇺🇦 That was such a nice surprise. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Absolutely incredible, every time. The staff is exceptional and the food is unparalleled.
This was a pleasant surprise while traveling in the area for work. The restaurants offer a wide variety of dishes. The service was personable and quick, and I would definitely recommend making a reservation if you’re planning to visit on the weekends for brunch. The location is cozy and is attached to a bakery that sells takeaway snacks and desserts. It’s also an easy walk to the farmers market across the street. However, parking can be a bit of a challenge. There’s a nearby parking lot and on-street parking, but I would arrive early to avoid having to find a spot. Overall, it’s an excellent place to visit.
