While the flavor wasn't too bad, it just didn't meet our expectations of a milkshake

First time visit. Heard rave reviews so I decided to try it out.
Got the Cheesecake Delight with Cherry Topping. Hope you have a sweet tooth cause this is great.. and there's a lot of it for the price. The taste is to die for. 5/5 will visit again.

Amazing Icecream, great choice of flavours! My goto is the pecan crunch with caramel, chocolate sauce and vanilla chocolate swirl and crushed pecan. Love it!

I love coming to Bennic, it’s my absolute favourite place to go. There are so many options for little kids, older kids, and adults. The ice cream is always perfectly frozen and isn’t too sweet or too bitter, it’s just right. They also have tons of selections on the menus. I always get really good service and most of the time, it’s older teenagers, and they have lots of respect and are really nice. The atmosphere in Bennic is so nice. Lots of colors and decorations to make this place really fun to look at and be in. I absolutely recommend this place.

The soft serve dipped in salted caramel was absolutely perfect.

It's probably the best ice cream in the province. The quality and consistency of the soft serve ice cream are comparable to what you would find in quebec.

Very rich, decadent, and flavourful. They also have flavourburst, which allows you to combine the ice cream with a flavor of your choice. Although I've never tried it, their frozen yogurt also looks delicious.

Beyond that, they have a wide variety of different options and also have ice cream cakes to take home. There is an indoor seating area, along with picnic tables outside.

Service has always been good, and prices are reasonable for the quality and portions.

Very clean friendly and priced like others

On Mother's day 2024, they only had 3 teenage staff and one adult but it was a free for all. The place was packed but there was no order, we paid $30 for 4 small Frozen Yogurts and waited over 40 minutes to receive our order while they were serving others before us. Very unpleasant experience. Definitely NOT worth the price or the wait. Very disappointed in the lack of leadership.
