They were extremely racist, i was sharing a drink with my friend cause he bought it and I gave him food the other day from a different store and then the workers said that we are not allowed to share drinks? And when I walk in the store they turn off the wifi even when I buy something but when my friends walk in the wifi is on , and I have noticed it’s because I’m black

Refused to make a custom birthday cake with credit card payment over the phone as I was purchasing for a friend in a different place. Not helpful, speaking a different language said they can’t help for a custom cake. Zero people skills and lack of willingness to help.

Went in and placed a takeout order including chicken fingers. Spent $60 and asked for a second dipping sauce for the fingers and was told I had to pay extra. I could understand if I was requesting multiple sauces but 2 sauce for 5 fingers seems pretty reasonable to me. I did question charging me extra and they were insistent so I walked out without the extra sauce. Really disappointed as we get probably 4 cakes a year at this location plus blizzards regularly in the summer and a take out meal here and there. This was not a great move for customer retention.

Dairy queen Dieppe i was disgusted today by your up most lack of humannity there was 2 young fellas passed out from drugs/OD, food comming from there mouth and didnt seem to be breething in one of your booths i asked the cashier/manager if they were alright or if anyone checked on them. The cashier/manager had no compasion what so ever just ya they have been there for awhile probably sleeping brushing it off like it was nothing and proceeded to take orders instead of sending someone to check on the boys. I phoned 911 and thank god the moncton fire dept came and narcanned the boys to make sure they were alright. After the boys were fine i left with my food for my family that was totally wrong and tasted disgusting very disappointed in this resturant. Terrible service terrible food not one ounce of compassion.

Ordered chicken strips. Extremely disappointed with the size of strips. Please see pic. They were kids size strips (smaller than my finger) and inconsistent. When I spoke to the staff they said they cannot control the sizes. She showed me a bag of the frozen strips and those were big but what I was served was not the same. Not worth for the price.
