My go to DQ. Fast service, good food and my order has always been correct. There was a birthday party one time and about 20 children ordering one by one and being indecisive. They knew it was going to take a long time so they opened up another cash took my order and I was out in like 5 mins.

Extremely bad customer service at this location. Grace, who is the manager, refused to serve a 7 dollar blizzard that i placed a pickup for through the app and somehow it dint show up in their system which is what she said (not my issue btw) . She had the audacity to tell me to call customer service for that instead of making it since already paid for it. I dont think ill be going this location anytime soon.

They were extremely racist, i was sharing a drink with my friend cause he bought it and I gave him food the other day from a different store and then the workers said that we are not allowed to share drinks? And when I walk in the store they turn off the wifi even when I buy something but when my friends walk in the wifi is on , and I have noticed it’s because I’m black

Refused to make a custom birthday cake with credit card payment over the phone as I was purchasing for a friend in a different place. Not helpful, speaking a different language said they can’t help for a custom cake. Zero people skills and lack of willingness to help.
Went in and placed a takeout order including chicken fingers. Spent $60 and asked for a second dipping sauce for the fingers and was told I had to pay extra. I could understand if I was requesting multiple sauces but 2 sauce for 5 fingers seems pretty reasonable to me. I did question charging me extra and they were insistent so I walked out without the extra sauce. Really disappointed as we get probably 4 cakes a year at this location plus blizzards regularly in the summer and a take out meal here and there. This was not a great move for customer retention.
