I love going to this location, the staff is so welcoming and their selection of teas is impressive. They didn’t mind to let me take my time and helped me choose the perfect teas! Highly recommend.

I do want to say that the staff here are very nice. I like them a lot, and the tea is good.
However, I received a gift card for this store and every time I used it, it was just a mess. They told me the system wasn't working well.
They recommended that I reach out to Davids Tea online which I did. It took them over a week to get back to me and nothing was resolved. I strongly discourage you to get gift card from Davids Tea.

just wanted to give a 5 star review for one of the best stores in champlain mall! this weekend they had a great buy one get one 50% off sale for the whole store. it’s not many places you see nowadays that do sales like that. the store is so well organized, they offer a wide variety of teas, and all of the staff, especially the manager Nic, never fail to provide the best customer service!

Nick and harmony are fabulous. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever gotten. Harmony is precious and blew up a balloon for my toddler and nick was so knowledgeable and hilarious. 10/10 recommend going here if you want a laugh and the most wonderful customer service

Went for a tea last night. Guy behind the counter had no motivation at all. Made the worst tea ever. I paid $6.91 for a tea I tossed in the garbage. I will not go back.

Went in to get a tea. The young guy behind the counter completely lacked motivation. Made a tea that was 80 percent full then just filled it with lemonade. The store didn’t have the proper lid so they gave one that wasn’t for that style of cup and a paper straw that would fall in the cup. When I asked for the proper lid was told we don’t have any. For $7 a customer should get better service

5stars for the tea and 1 star for customer service of the young woman with an obvious bad attitude. She had a terrible attitude during our 15 minutes interaction in the store. She is the only impediment i don't want to return back to the store. The store, otherwise is nice and i like their tea very much. Wonderful products! There was a poor guy, working with her and he was taking some sips of tea with a cookie. She turned to him, gave him a look and asked: do you enjoy your snack? He almost choked but answered "yes". Next time i go to the store, i will show her the same attitude, sure we can have an argument over there. She can't be like that with people or her colleagues.
