I’d give her six stars, but unfortunately this platform only allows me to give five stars. She steeped my tea for an extra two minutes. I haven’t been able to find a David’s tea anywhere being out on the West Coast but coming back to Nova Scotia and visiting New Brunswick I found one. It was an amazing experience and I’m very glad I got to go into this David‘s tea! Thanks you guys!

I've been a regular costumer since 2024 till now (at least twice times per week) at this Moncton store. The manager Nicky is doing a great job in front of the customer service team and each team member is doing a fantastic job. For every visit to the store, they always receive me with a smile and make me feel I'm at home. So far they know which ones are my favorites and how I like it (the amount of agave, lemonade and ice), I don't even have to ask about it, they always deliver it the same way and the same taste <3.
A few months ago I went to the Sherway Gardens store in Toronto, expecting the same experience they had deliver me at the Moncton store, but it was not even closer. In Sherway the ice for the iced tea was completely crushed and with every sip, I was struggling with it, between the pieces of ice and the tea, not enough agave sweetener and the taste of the tea felt like diluted. I'm thinking that sweetener and tea itself have standard measures, but during my visit, they were not.

I normally don't leave reviews, but I stopped coming in about 2 years ago as the staff were rude, disinterested, and fell short on customer service. However, I stopped in recently with my wife to look at getting some new teas.
I was hesitant, but this store has had an absolute turn around. There were two workers, A polite young man named Victor, and a girl named Perez, she was very helpful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job, which is a rarity in youth today.
Its a noticable improvement, and we will be back. Keep it up.

I can say I always LOVE going to David's tea why? Because it's always a good tasting drink, the service is AMAZING the workers are so kind and fun !

Its a very nice little shop. They even serve hot and cold tea. Because of the size of the store, I wasn't able to find exactly what I wanted, but there is still quite the selection.

Such a great experience! Everytime I come in, I get greeted and helped from a team member. They always suggest great recommendations for my tea lifestyle. You can tell that the store manager is well-organized and brings out the best for this store. I will definitely be back!

I do want to say that the staff here are very nice. I like them a lot, and the tea is good.
However, I received a gift card for this store and every time I used it, it was just a mess. They told me the system wasn't working well.
They recommended that I reach out to Davids Tea online which I did. It took them over a week to get back to me and nothing was resolved. I strongly discourage you to get gift card from Davids Tea.

just wanted to give a 5 star review for one of the best stores in champlain mall! this weekend they had a great buy one get one 50% off sale for the whole store. it’s not many places you see nowadays that do sales like that. the store is so well organized, they offer a wide variety of teas, and all of the staff, especially the manager Nic, never fail to provide the best customer service!
