Usually I love deluxe It is a east coast staple. However, this experience was not so great and it's got me questioning if I should ever go back. I went with my family I got the three piece fish It was overcooked. The bathrooms had nowhere to change a baby male or female washroom. The high chairs had no locks, and they were so wiggly I felt like they were gonna fall apart. While we were eating, the staff kept popping their heads out and looking at us from their little employee door it made us very uncomfortable. We ate as fast as we could And that got out. Nothing more uncomfortable than getting looked at a lot And then a lot of foreign language being spoken.

Used to be one of my favorites. I no longer live in the Maritimes so when I come for a visit I always go to Deluxe. It's always been good - until now. Had it today and it's not the same at all. The fries are no longer fresh cut and the fish was tough and tasteless. Customer service was terrible, too. What a disappointment.

Service was great, however I landed food poisoning from a poutine. I paid hard the next day. I walked in and should have known better. It just looked unclean in there. Maybe an isolated incident but I won’t go back.

Got take out a few days ago $40 for two meals nothing else my 3 piece fish and chip both were burnt fish and fries cooked to an inch of their lives missus tried 2 piece fish for first time never again rip off prices for absolutely terrible food only one star so I could write this others would have been zero

Deluxe in Dieppe. I had seafood platter. Fish batter was under cooked and had a slight raw layer. Roll was stale as hell. Scallops were shrunk inside the batter and full of water. Clams were stuck together in chunks of three or four. Fries were barely above room temperature. The girl had two piece fish and chips and her fish was also undercooked and fries cold. Her fish and chips sat out on counter for several minutes while they prepared my seafood platter, so her fries were even more cold than mine. The staff were very friendly and the place was a little dirty and had some torn upholstery on a few seats. It's about time Deluxe does an overhaul and get some updates done.
