THE DUBAI CHOCOLATE THIS IS MY 3RD TIME FROM THE 1st OMYGOD IT IMPROVED MORE FILLING AND CHOCOLATE AND CREAM im just craving thinking about it pls do not put it out of stock u guys cant compare to the two stores i went to right now im currently im on a trip in ottawa u guys cant compare lol the dubai chocolate strawberry cups here suck freshly squeezed champlain mall beats them both

Really good slushies with lots of flavour! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were kind enough to make a drink for me even though they were about to close, which I really appreciated. Great customer service—will definitely come back!
I’m sooo sorry to write this review as I usually love this place (though feel like menu has changed for worse) but when the janitor came around to collect garbage, the employee picked up the garbage w his gloved hands, and instead of washing hands + changing gloves, he ran water for two seconds over the same gloves and dried w a paper towel. Granted, at that point he was done putting the ingredients in the smoothie but what about the next customer? I didn’t ask for a refund or say a word because there was a long line up. But I tossed the 14 dollar drink after a few sips and contemplating the situation. If employees are going to wear gloves there needs to be stricter measures in place (like changing gloves after every order) to ensure customer safety as cross contamination is a big risk. Even if he had washed his gloved hands with soap, it’s still gross. Finally, I think there should always be two people on at night minimum to avoid rushed mistakes like this.
