Orderd on uber eats, store then cancelled my order since they cancelled as they were making it uber still charged me and then i got another charge the next day for the same order the store cancelled, i wouldnt recommend harveys !!

Excellent. The best fast food burgers ever. Skip the fries and double the Angus! 2025 Update: Still the best burgers ever. And I love that they still offer their original Veggie Burgers (not artificial meat but real veggie burgers). Great fries, tasty rings, real shakes, and the best fast-food poutine. The only drawback for me is that I don't like most of the toppings. I always get lettuce, tomatoes, sliced cucumber and sometimes banana peppers. I would personally love to see sweet red peppers. Please HQ, bring back the crispy onions. 🥺

Title: Very poor customer service
I was with my boyfriend when he ordered a root beer at the drive-thru. The employee named Wealth ignored the order and made us wait over 15 minutes, only to say they didn’t have it. But when we spoke to someone else, they gave us the root beer right away.
It felt like we were being treated unfairly for no reason. Definitely not a place we’ll come back to.

Very disappointing experience – would not recommend His name is wealth I had a really bad experience with Wealth at Harvey. The service was unprofessional and not at all what I expected. I felt ignored and disrespected throughout the process. There was a complete lack of communication and transparency, and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money — look elsewhere for better service and respect as a customer.

From the moment I approached the counter, Manpreet greeted me with a friendly smile and was very attentive throughout the ordering process. She made sure to ask if I had any preferences or dietary restrictions, which made me feel valued as a customer. Her efficiency and positive attitude made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
As for the food, it was exactly what I expected from Harvey’s—fresh, tasty, and satisfying. I ordered the classic burger with all the fixings, and it was cooked perfectly, with a great balance of flavors. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, making for a delicious side.
Overall, my experience at Harvey’s was enhanced by Manpreet’s excellent customer service and the high quality of the food. I’ll definitely be returning!
