The foods real messy but what’s worse is that they can’t understand the difference between a crispy chicken and not, very frustrating it’s happened almost every time I’ve been here that i get not crispy chicken and they keep insisting that it is only thing good about the place is the location.

Cold food, couldn't understand half of what was being said to me. Not organized. Food didn't even taste like food. How do people go here, I haven't been in so long, gets worse and worse. Got to Harvey's and spend your money for real burgers and service. Absolutely garabge here. Got a 1/4 pounder and 20 nuggets, and it was laughable 30 dollars.

Always get orders wrong. Staff have hard time understanding and communicating in english - never mind french. (Note that dieppe is mostly a french community). Loud indian music. Male staff stare at women in very uncomfortable way.

This location in Dieppe is conveniently located off the highway and is quite popular with locals at lunch time. It is quite spacious and the food order was made quickly by the large kitchen team.
What I appreciated most was that the staff was willing to hand crayons and the drawing paper for young kids. Parking was a bit hard to find for the same reason that the location is popular at lunch!

If it says English/French service, then any one of the staff should be able to speak either language. Especially at this Dieppe location, French service should be offered, given the demographics of the area. That being said, the English spoken by some staff is not clear at all—this should be prioritized especially at the drive thru where you don’t want to be repeating yourself multiple times or asking the person on the other end to repeat themselves.
Other than this, my latest dine-in experience was terrible. I ordered table service through the app, and took a table indicator. My order ended up sitting at the counter. When I went to the counter, all the staff member said was “well, it’s ok, your order is here”
To management: I know it’s all about being cost-efficient, but at least make an effort to hire staff who speak both languages. Adapt to the community you serve. Something as “little” as speaking their native language can go a long way.
And if you offer table service through the app, the staff should be aware of it.
I do have to also mention that the renovation has been excellent!
I love being able to order at the touch screens. Total game changer. And the staff is great, they keep it clean, and everything is surprisingly good. The coffee, the little donuts, the muffins are all very good, and yesterday I had that spicy egg a wrap with the hash brown in it and it was delicious.
It wouldn’t kill you to have a veggie burger option though. Even a grilled cheese would be good. I can have fries there for lunch, that’s about it.
