As a parent to a child on the spectrum I try and raise my child the best I can. Well we decided to go to Mc Donald’s today to play and have dinner and all was going great until I seen my child in the play area on the ground being kicked and punched in the sides. Now as a parent I was getting upset and my emotions were running high. So I approached the child that was hurting my child and asked them to stop being a BULLY and where their parents were. The child then looked at me and said they didn’t know. I asked around and no one would come forward being this child’s parent. So I waited patiently to see if their mom or dad would go see them , and they did. And I talked to the mother. She didn’t seem to really care at all that her child was acting in this manner. And that made me more upset. Your child is literally punching and kicking my child while they pushed my child to the ground laughing and you think that’s ok as a parent. Parents today need to start teaching their kids that there are different kids in the world. You are no better than someone else. Treat all equally. Today hurt me to watch someone else’s child beat mine up and mine didn’t do a thing. Mc Donald’s please start placing posters up about treating all kids equally or something. I’m not impressed with the parents of this child. Raise your child better. Thanks.

I ordered mc veggie burger. They gave me chicken burger instead. Lack of knowledge. I am pure vegetarian. And staff should atleast know the difference between veg and non veg. And i specifically asked at the counter that is this veggie one they said yes. Poor service.

I'm rating my visit today as I picked up a medium iced coffee for almost 4 dollars. Meanwhile other McDonald's location like mountain road offer at a cheaper price which is probably the normal price around most locations. Won't be back.
Waited over an hour for my order. The employee gave it to a dasher who canceled without contacting me. The order stayed active, and 4 dashers came for nothing. Very unprofessional 👏
