Worst customer service from Manager Pallavi. Its like customers can’t even complain now if they got cold and raw food. I ordered mcchicken meal for a table service and the chicken patty was completely old and smelly, also the fries were raw and cold i asked for changing the patty and fries and i got a weird reply from Pallavi that if you want fresh food you have to ask for it otherwise whatever we have available we serve.

There was a drunk guy on a table next to the Toddler Area, making throwing up noises and farting really loud, the kids were scared, I asked the staff about this and they asked the person in charge. They did nothing

I get that it can get busy, however, get your staff to slow down to properly prepare the orders. I ordered 2 things only...first off, before leaving the store, the sandwich was completely wrong. Therefore, i got it rectified and changed to what i ordered. I had a grill chicken poutine also and i so should not have assumed it was if fact was it was at the bottom of the bag. Sure enough, i get home, it's incorrect also. It's not rocket science to take a few seconds to make sure what customer pays for is correct (or is it for some people apparently)!!!
Was hungry at night made the mistake to order a big arch from this McDonald that burger tasted like it was made 2 days ago, complete trash, only reason I didn’t take it back is because I was too tired

Play area and good coffee for last visit. It's a popular location, so you can count on running into someone you know! Bit dirty, but if asked, the staff will happily clean it. Always new faces but the management is good and seems to pull through on really busy days! Definitely one of the better McDonald's in the Moncton area.
