There was a drunk guy on a table next to the Toddler Area, making throwing up noises and farting really loud, the kids were scared, I asked the staff about this and they asked the person in charge. They did nothing

I get that it can get busy, however, get your staff to slow down to properly prepare the orders. I ordered 2 things only...first off, before leaving the store, the sandwich was completely wrong. Therefore, i got it rectified and changed to what i ordered. I had a grill chicken poutine also and i so should not have assumed it was if fact was it was at the bottom of the bag. Sure enough, i get home, it's incorrect also. It's not rocket science to take a few seconds to make sure what customer pays for is correct (or is it for some people apparently)!!!

Play area and good coffee for last visit. It's a popular location, so you can count on running into someone you know! Bit dirty, but if asked, the staff will happily clean it. Always new faces but the management is good and seems to pull through on really busy days! Definitely one of the better McDonald's in the Moncton area.

Worst customer service, I order online on uber eats and got a burger with drink combo and a triple thick milkshake( strawberry) and this guys didn't provided me with any straws and napkins!! Like are you guys for real! This happened to me for the 2nd time, never gonna order anything from this store and I will advise everyone to avoid this place until and unless you want to use spoon while having you shake or any other drinks!
