Perfect place for the fries lovers. They are crispy, golden and full of flavors. I love their butter chicken poutine and classic fries. The customer services is amazing specially the staff Alana. All of them are really friendly and welcoming. Recommended to all fries lovers

I’m from Ontario and always stop by New York Fries when I visit malls — I love their butter chicken poutine. On my recent visit to the Champlain Mall in Moncton, it tasted even better than usual!
The line was long but moved quickly, and the staff, especially the cashier (I think his name was Subas), was super friendly and efficient. His great service and the delicious food really made my visit to Moncton even better. Hope to be back next year. Kudos to the team!

Food was good as usual, friendly and cheerful associates behind the counter make ordering a breeze. Its a shame this location is just a small kiosk type at the mall here, would do much better as a standalone store I feel like with the staff you have at this location.
