Service very slow, no hygiene procedures taken, they touch the dough with their bare hands and then go back straight to being a cashier. Beard isn’t covered, tables aren’t properly cleaned, overall I did not enjoy my experience. Food was good though.

I can’t speak for the daytime as I only frequent this location in the evenings but the staff is top notch. Always extremely polite and helpful. They keep the restaurant clean and my pizza is always hot.

Service is a hit or miss sometimes, and you might have a hangry customer making a fuss, trying to get their long awaited order but all in all the food is worth it. One of the best pizza places I could find In Moncton, they never miss. Food is always amazing

Ordered food online (bbq chicken pizza and bacon garlic fingers). To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The food that arrived looked NOTHING like advertised. I expected cut up bacon all over the garlic fingers, instead, I received a total of 8 bacon bits all over and it was not good. The photos should be taking down for false advertising or the quality needs to be increased to match the picture.
Watching them make pizza then taking a customer order, handling Cash, touching the computer screen, licking his finger as he removes stickers to put on boxes, stack the boxes. Returns right away to making more pizza, oh one BIG mistake never washed his hands! Gross just Fn Gross!

I order from the Dieppe location on Sunday august 11 2024. The pizza was supposed to be NY Style Crispy Cuppy 'Roni Pizza well there was no sauce, and I mean NO sauce, there was barley any pepperoni and the pizza was cold. The garlic finger was over cooked and barley no cheeses all dry and cold. I call to have my order replace or refund but no the Asian told me he could give me a free pizza and that was all he can do. It's not the first time it has happened to Dieppe. They are obviously trying to cheap out on all the ingredients to make more money. The one on Mountain Road in Moncton is always good as it should be but sadly when you order from the web site always send the one from Dieppe.
