The gentleman who took our order was very polite and respectful. The establishment was spic n span clean. The last time I ate Pizza Pizza was when I live in “The Big Smoke” (TO) and was my go to pizza joint. We were in Moncton for Xmas and Pizza Pizza’s flavour, food quality was just as I remembered, 40 years ago. Thanks for the memories! 👍

I came here to put a real and honest review that this store is shit .. never order a pizza i was wondering why pizza pizza is not taking any action against them i think its time to boycott pizza pizza start buying food from hardworking new pizza restaurants .

As much as I love Pizza Pizza and I've enjoyed it across many Provinces, I have to say, this wasn't in my top shops, it was dry, skimpy on toppings and actually very slightly overdone even though it arrived to my motel room in 25 minutes...its definitely not in my top rated Pizza Pizza shops....$19.95 3 topping XXL Pizza came to $39 with tx and delivery...NOT including TIP! ...i'll definitely try a local shop next time I visit Moncton ....unfortunately, I deleted my pictures...

We went to pizza pizza today ordered 2 pizzas
1 was spicy tandoori with paneer paid 30+$ and was under cooked and very very greasy
2nd was a regular veggie pizza and was good but still a lot greasy
We had 2 pieces left from large pizza asked for a take out box or a pizza slice box and employee Refused to give saying we are not allwoed to give a pizza slice box and we left the store and thrown the leftover right there in garbage ..
Hope management takes care of it we already paid a good amount of tip and are regular customers but employee rudeness left us next time will avoid pizza pizza at all.

Ordered online for pick up waited 15 minutes before leaving to pick it up , once I got there I waited another 15 minutes at the cash and not 1 worker came to the register , finally once someone came to register they told me they haven’t even started my pizza . Pizza was cold and supper gross once I got It

The cashier was very rude. Gurjrati girl didn’t have a neat uniform know how to talk. She seemed not at all interested to work. When ordering we asked for paneer. She said we don’t have it prepared and tandoori chicken too so we asked if she could make it. She said she would only if we order more than two large pizzas because otherwise they have to throw the rest of the meat away. Would not recommend this place.

No gloves. This guy is straight-up humiliating the whole food industry. Plus, he’s one of the cheapest employees they’ve got working there. You can pay for double meat or extra sauce, and this guy doesn’t give a damn. He’s one of the rudest people you’ll ever see at a food joint. Pizza made by him doesn’t even taste like pizza. Trust me, walk away if you see this disaster on shift.

We ordered butter chicken extra large, there were too few toppings and only few pieces of butter chicken. We spent over $32, and it was our second time here. Same issue again—too few toppings, not worth it. The employee told us they are instructed to put only this much.

Walked in to grab a quick bite. Pizza was fine — nothing special, nothing terrible. But here’s the thing that killed it for me: I went to pay with a few toonies, and the cashier straight-up said, “We don’t accept coins.”
Wait, what? He followed up with, “Only up to $10.” That’s not a policy — that’s just made-up. Coins are legal tender. If your business can’t handle a few toonies, maybe you shouldn’t be handling money at all.
I wasn’t trying to pay with pennies or nickels. These were two-dollar coins. The same ones that literally everyone uses. It just came off rude and lazy.
Won’t be back. There are enough pizza places in this city that don’t make up their own rules.
