Walked in to grab a quick bite. Pizza was fine — nothing special, nothing terrible. But here’s the thing that killed it for me: I went to pay with a few toonies, and the cashier straight-up said, “We don’t accept coins.”
Wait, what? He followed up with, “Only up to $10.” That’s not a policy — that’s just made-up. Coins are legal tender. If your business can’t handle a few toonies, maybe you shouldn’t be handling money at all.
I wasn’t trying to pay with pennies or nickels. These were two-dollar coins. The same ones that literally everyone uses. It just came off rude and lazy.
Won’t be back. There are enough pizza places in this city that don’t make up their own rules.

Even my drunk friend hated the food. Said she's never had a Donaire she didn't like but this one was awful. Pizza dough and cheese were both really bland. Felt like chewing on a bouncy ball. 🥺

Old soggy veggies dipped in bucket of cheese ate haft slice and another girl that ate full she had to cancel her work next day thats how bad it was and in return pizza pizza says …. “”Sorry ‘“ lol this is not done until this reaches head office or we get our complete refund . unbelivable !! worst pizza of our life . The picture says it all everything fell off as soon as we picked up a slice ,, everything was like dipped in a bucket of cheese! uneatable ,, took 2 bites and put it on the aide for review. please take this back or i can return it tommorow i am not paying 71$ for 2 bites of cheese. worst experience ever
It was very disgusting and disappointing. My husband picked up 2 pizzas on his way home from work. The 1st bite tastes like I'm eating Indian food. My husband loves Indian and he couldn't eat it. I have never tasted pizza like this ever in my life. That is not what pizza should taste like. I'm not sure if the person who made the pizzas just ate a bunch of Indian food and didn't wash their hands before making the pizza, but it was inedible. Online said they couldn't find the order and to go into the store. So at midnight, I drove over with the 2 disgusting inedible pizzas, but they staff and online refused to do anything. So I'm out my money, and still hungry. I just wanted a refund. I will never go back again. Should have learned my lesson from 3 years ago. Horrible food, horrible customer service.
