Usually get good service/pretzel but today was different. I ordered white cheddar pretzel bites(what I always get) and there was ZERO white cheddar. I was essentially eating greasy dough. The employee seemed to busy talking to his friend then making my bites.

New to this venue and it's location just in front of "Toys R Us". Attendant working this day was extremely friendly and helpful. Loving wife Pat and I simply wanted a pretzel and were treated to a taste selection. I went with the cinnamon and sugar while Pat went with the salted pretzel.Thoroughly enjoyed my pretzel. Loved the flavour and the chewiness upon each bite. Only, slight problem, was the dipping sauce given on the side was rather hard. Not a problem if a microwave is nearby.

I gave 3 stars because I always loved going here and growing up but today I went there because I was having a really bad day and I want to make myself happier with a nice large cup of pretzel bites, and something nice to drink when I ordered the large and I paid for a large and when I got my cup back it was only half full and usually they always fill the cup to the tippy top like it’s falling out of the cup and when I mentioned it all they said was oh the boats are just smaller. Yeah they’re half a cup smaller. I basically paid for a large and got a small . was not to happy about that.

Whenever you passed by pretzel,the amazing fresh baked pretzels just calls out on you. Great way to have a snacks or dessert. Best eaten when it is still hot. ? love their creqm cheese icing with the plain pretzel.
It has been a tradition for years now that we get dill pickle pretzels when we go to the mall. My kids all love them. My oldest is now 24, and he still gets jealous when his brothers tell him that they got one! ?

Slowest service just to tell me that the pretzels she were taking out would be a few mins...I waited to get told that the food that was already made would take longer! If I could give negative stars, I would. Dunno how they're still in business
