I am honestly disappointed and don’t think I will be returning to Quesada. The quality of both the food and the service has gone down drastically. I have been a long-time customer and went in tonight around 7 pm, which is not even rush hour, to get two meals. Most of the ingredients were very low or looked like they had been sitting out for a long time and they did not look appetizing.
The worker almost added refried beans even though we did not want any, simply because there were no black beans in front of her. When we asked if there were other options, she told us that if we waited three minutes we could get black beans instead. She also went to the back multiple times to grab ingredients and opened containers and fridges, then returned to prepare our food without changing her gloves. Her phone even started ringing loudly while we were there.
Unfortunately, the food tasted awful. I am sad to say I no longer recommend going to Quesada.

First time ordering from this place. I ordered the burrito with the buy one get one free offer and was very impressed. The portions were generous, the food was delicious and satisfying, and the service was excellent. Great value and quality—I would highly recommend!

This was my first time trying this place. Had the flame grilled chicken burrito with extra chicken. Tasted good but felt like something was wrong 1 hour later. It is now 36 hours later and I have not been able to keep any food down and am very sick to my stomach. I do not recommend this place.

There’s a new female manager here and the way she makes burritos feels disrespectful. I ordered the “big” burrito with a 14-inch tortilla, and she dropped a tiny blob of filling in the middle — once rolled, it was barely 6 inches and mostly bread. For $20, that was insulting. I left feeling ripped off and disrespected.

Got their burritos off Uber for BOGO free, and got a chicken burrito with all the fixings. The rice was so bland and dry, the four pieces of chicken also had no flavor. I’m not a spicy girl so I only got two mild sauces, but those could not make up for the complete lack of flavor in everything else. Couldn’t finish it.
I’m sure their other food isn’t bad and I’d maybe give it another shot, but not a great first try🥴

The portions are small. For perspective a regular from Burrito Boyz is between the Large and Extra Large of this chain.The taste was okay. The Gauc was frozen and wasn't appetizing either.
Guess the ingredients need a shore up.
Great customer service and ambience. Wish the food matched the vibe.
