Got to eat here twice recently (for date nights), and both times our waitdress was nice, communicative, friendly and helpful.

First time, I had the pullpork sandwhich, second time i had a fried chicken sandwhich, and fries portion was just right. Very yum!

When I had any questions about the menu, my waitress anserwed no problemo. Food was very delicious. Mozza sticks were delicious too! That perfect pull apart oeouy gooey cheesiness 🤌🤌 Will be back for sure!

We have such great date nights Everytime we go, Jacquie was our server tonight and she is just lovely. We paid cash so I feel bad my boyfriend didn't have more in cash to leave her as a tip, but she truly is such an awesome waitress. She is efficient, kind, and really attentive. Normally going to places people are that customer service nice, which is great, but Jacquie seems so just real and genuine. I'm really glad we had her as our server tonight! Thank you so much girl!❤️

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the wonderful service you gave us Lisa ❤️👌🙏. You were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. And that hot chocolate wow! It was the best I’ve ever had. Thank you for making our visit such a lovely experience🥰🥰❤️😘.

Favourite sports bar to grab a drink and a burger, although steak night is my favourite. The new menu is good too, Sports rock salad is awesome, 2nd patty needed though

My wife and daughter and I visited this place .

What a wonderful experience, friendly staff , clean environment and the food was out of this world . I had the Mac daddy burger and my wife had the chicken teriyaki and our daughter had the chicken finger plater . All 3 give it a 5 star review.

Probably the best we’ve had in a long time . Will definitely be back when passing through Moncton .

Staff were fantastic but after having the wings ive been sick ever since. Was throwing up before getting back home. Other then how friendly my server was I didn't enjoy anything else there. I can't tell if my headache was from the food or the amount of idiots in the place who feel they needed to scream there conversations to each other. You may like the place but it's not for me.

This place was a disappointment. We were there as part of a large group; despite booking ahead of time they were not prepared for us at all.

The only thing that kept it together were the two very overwhelmed waitresses who did their best.

Now to the food. Holy crap, talk about bad. I ordered a 2 pc fish and chips, which is my go-to order at any pub estaurant. I can usually judge how everything else will be on how they do on that. It is hard to screw up fish and chips, especially in the Maritimes.

I had seen the photos online of the really nicely battered haddock, which seemed like very nice size pieces of fish, so I was excited to try it.

What I received was two, extremely thin pieces of fish lightly dusted with a brown powder. It didn't look or taste like haddock, it tasted more like Sole, which is what I believe it was. If it was haddock, then it was off.

If a restaurant in the Maritimes can't even get a basic fish and chips right, then they should just shut down. If it was not haddock then I should have been informed of the substitution, then I could have decided if I wanted something else or not. If I had been allergic to whatever fish was substituted, I could have been made very sick or possibly have died. Yes, that is taking it to the extreme, but restaurants have gone under for things like that.

Another person in our party ordered the very expensive steak and ordered it medium-rare. It came out looking more like shoe leather it was so well done. Luckily she was not charged for her meal.

5 Stars – A Memorable Date Night at Sports Rock (Coasters)

Last night, my boyfriend and I decided to go out for a date night and ended up at Coasters inside Sports Rock. From the moment we arrived, the experience was fantastic. The service was truly impeccable — even when we switched tables partway through ordering, our server found us quickly and didn’t miss a beat.

We started with appetizers, and my boyfriend ordered a burger with fries and their delicious chicken gravy — he absolutely loved it. I went with the steak special and asked for it rare. While waiting for the main course, we played the machines and let our food sit a bit to cool down once it arrived — and yet, my steak was still rare and cooked perfectly when I dug in. That level of precision is impressive.

As someone who owned and operated a restaurant for 20 years, I can tell when a place is well-run — and this one definitely is. The beef gravy was rich and flavorful, and everything from the atmosphere to the food made for a truly enjoyable evening. We’ll definitely be back, and I’d absolutely recommend Coasters to anyone looking for great food, great service, and a relaxed vibe
