Had my reception here in the party room following my wedding ceremony. The entire experience was wonderful and the food and drinks are fantastic.

We made a reservation for my son's birthday because it's one of his favourite restaurants. When we got there we were told the restaurant was closed to the public because of a private event. Very disappointing since it was for a birthday and also later in the evening. I had a confirmation email and text confirming our reservation so not sure what happened. I don't think we will return.

It was just ok. Nothing spectacular. Food average and served barely warm. We were so hungry that we ate it anyway. One of my guests didnt get his complete order. They forgot the protein. Atmosphere was very very loud. We couldn't hear ourselves talk. We were celebrating a birthday and we weren't even asked about dessert let alone if we were celebrating any special occasion. Why ask on the reservation page if nothing is done about it. Very disappointing, won't be rushing back any time soon.

The service, food and price was awesome! The live music on the other hand was way to loud! We could barely hear ourselves. It was very unpleasant and were happy when the musician took a break.

Absolutely love the atmosphere! But the food has been lacking for a while now! Very bland! Tasteless! spinach dip Bread was burned! No one liked what they got as it was all tastless! we all agreed that the quality has went down! Service was super slow! Not busy! the waitresses was nice super chatty, but seems to ignore the fact we wanted our “ main” we ended up leaving and went for wings!

Spinach dip was tiny and bland. Had to go to the bar to order a second drink after having an empty glass for 10 mins or more. Server/kitchen served us burnt/charred burgers and was missing the bacon on one of them. Had to send them back. Remakes were way better but had hard any cheese on them. Won't be going back for a long time. Also lighting is so dark we had to use our flashlight to see our to show them how burnt the burgers were.

Food was disappointing. Pasta stuck together, carbonarra sauce was oilly and not rich and creamy as it should be. Room is relatively noisly. Service is great, but they couldn't retrieve the errors in the kitchen.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN A RESTAURANT.
1- we arrived at 7 p.m. with a reservation of 5 people and the girl (Gabrielle) at reception already looked strange
2- the service was catastrophic. We placed orders for the starters which were served and the waitress at our table (Myriam) was not available only for our table. She did a lot of service for the other tables and she was smiling and super open to conversation but at ours we would have said another person! She puts the drinks on the table without services and she rushes to other tables and it is after we have done everything that she asks “do you want me to do it for you”? “
3- we placed orders for the main meals at 7:30 p.m. and until 9 p.m. nothing was served. Luckily we ordered a second starter in the meantime otherwise we would have had time to starve. And when we called the waitress she kept saying 5-10 minutes and it was never ready and tell yourself that it was nothing that special to cook smh. Burgers and rice. Amazing! Finally the meals arrived at 8:58 p.m. when we told the waitress take them in dishes with takeaway boxes and we will just take them home and she went to package them herself from the cold and extremely cold meal kitchen. expensive for the quantities (I would put the Video of the risotto which alone costs $36, it’s not even a child’s portion smh)
4- we had planned with the waitress to do a birthday surprise and the waitresses had no initiative, no singing, no enthusiasm, no desire, she just showed up with the cake and the flowers waiting for us to take them with his hands. Once again disgusted we had to go home to cut the cake and the whole kit.
5- while we were sitting inside there were two people outside who came inside and they were immediately served and not us. The waitress who replies “they have been there since” Meanwhile the waitress Gabrielle sitting at the service bar with a man (in shorts and sandals) in front of the customers who is being groped and kissed without embarrassment and when on several occasions we called her for a question or other things she looked at us and turned her face and she did not come. Very strange reaction and her colleague who replied “often when it’s not your table you just ignore” then she didn’t know what to say. NEVER SEEN IN A RESTAURANT. The icing on the cake, the waitress said that “it was because of the full moon the next day that we had this poor service” What joke! I really don't recommend this restaurant. We can have more fun than that at McDonald's sorry! Beautiful places don’t always offer the best services!

The waitress was so friendly. The sangrias were delicious. We tried truffle fries - oh my - so good. Everything was perfect! Seafood risotto, scallop dinner and lobster papardelle. I will definitely be back. Wonderful experience!
