I made a mobile order and requested no whip cream on my drink, when I went to pick it up there was whip cream on the drink, i asked the barista to remove the whip cream she removed the one on top but not at the bottom of the cup. When I asked again she then proceeded to complain about me to the other staff in front of every customer that was in the store at that time.

Wait times can be observed up to 30 Minutes for something as simple as a macchiato.. Keep in mind if you’re ordering from this location, this is a one hour stop even if it’s a coffee.

Today I ordered a matcha latte at Starbucks. I specifically ordered it hot, but it was made cold by mistake. I went up to the counter to let them know, and the barista began remaking my drink.
However, she took almost ten minutes to prepare the new one, and when she handed it to me, her expression was extremely unpleasant — as if I had forced her to remake the drink or as if the mistake was my fault. Even when I said “thank you” again, she didn’t respond at all and just looked at me in a dismissive way before walking away. In my opinion, this is not how customer service should behave.
Now I want to talk about the drink I received. There is no issue with the taste itself, but the drink was only half matcha — the rest was mostly whipped cream. And even the whipped cream didn’t fill the cup. I paid for a grande-size matcha, and then paid extra for the add-ons, so receiving half a cup is really disappointing.

I went to Starbucks to get the new Christmas menu drink it’s the gingerbread latte , and I got it and I didn’t like it so I went back , they refunded me I ordered the caramel latte which is sweeter than the gingerbread one , and then when I got it it was the exact same taste and the woman didn’t even change it , and the I went for a second time to ask them that it’s not the thing I ordered and they said sorry they’ll change it and he said it would take him 30 seconds but usually it take like 10 minute and they gave me back the drink and they had the audacity to give me back the same drink that I didn’t with sweet cold foam so I would like the manager to email me or refund me with a gift card thank you

Worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. Literally ordered a black coffee and watched as they made everyone's order but mine. Watched person after person get fancy drinks made while they ignored mine. Not a typical Starbucks experience but this location is very poorly organized.
