The staff look untrained and unprofessional. They are slow like a turtle. I ordered my iced matcha latte with strawberry foam. They took 25 minutes to make my drink. And they didn’t added the matcha in my drink. I don’t understand how they can make the matcha tea without the matcha. When I asked for the remake then they made my drink with just a little drop of strawberry foam. And the staff was still arguing with me that they have made this right. I just want to clear that when am paying $10 for my drink then I want it right. They have to listen the customer and they should complete their training properly so they should know their recipes very well.

I worked at a Starbucks and one thing we learned was to never tell a customer they were wrong. Today I went to this Starbucks location and a lady named Rachel was quite rude when I was ordering. I didn’t appreciate her energy and I didn’t appreciate her telling me what I had ordered (she said it wrong) when everyone else in the car agreed I said the right order. This is not what Starbucks stands for and I am not satisfied with my experience here.
The black lemonade iced tea drink used to be a shaken drink and it was so good and easily customized for level of sweetness. It has been replaced with some kind of gross artificial premade mix that cannot be made less sweet. Starbucks has removed more than 13 shaken drinks off their menu for “operational efficiency”. This is ridiculous and ludicrous, the entire reason why people choose to pay more and go to Starbucks is for quality, if I wanted a premix, I would just go to any big franchise and pay half of what I pay at Starbucks. This location also mixed the premixes together in one of the drinks so the iced black tea tasted like artificial peach. I am never going to another Starbucks again. So disappointing!

Terrible service. We ordered Venti coffee and we received the minimum portion. All of this at my home. That's why it's very easy for Starbucks to send things that we hardly have time to go and claim at the store in person. It's a joke. And the food is cold. First and last time I'll order something from this store.
