Pretty good? Well made in general except some of the salmon had part of the skin left on it oddly on my maki roll.

I had such a wonderful experience at Sugar Roll! The sushi was fresh and absolutely delicious, with great attention to detail in both flavor and presentation. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. On top of that, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for enjoying a relaxing meal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great sushi and excellent service in Moncton!

I had the lunch special bento box and it was fantastic! The chicken teriyaki was savory, 4 pieces of the yam roll was fresh, and all the flavors balanced perfectly. I loved how the box had a little bit of everything—sushi roll, gyoza, spring roll, and more—making it a complete and satisfying meal. The presentation was clean and appealing, and the service was quick and friendly. Definitely one of the best lunch deals in town. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Terrible service. They gave me soy sauce in a tiny bowl where the roll didn’t even fit – everything spilled and fell apart. When I asked for a proper dish, they brought me a thin plate. No utensils on the table, I had to ask and run myself. The food is crap, the roll itself is crap. We also ordered soup – it felt like it was made from a cheap instant noodle pack from Dollarama. The place is old, dirty, with worn-out and greasy menu folders. The menu makes no sense: you pick a roll and there’s no description of what’s inside. Very inconvenient. The whole café feels disgusting. I don’t recommend it to anyone. Canadians should respect themselves more than to waste time and money here.
