I ordered 2 pad Thai’s at approximately 7:30 on Feb 29, 2024. The woman working was rushed for no reason. She was not punctual, mumbled, and cut me off when I tried to speak when ordering. Then rushed me through the process. I made simple, specific requests that were added to the order. But then blatantly ignored. The food tasted okay but was not at all what I wanted in the end. I will likely not return to this location. This is usually my favourite restaurant to visit but this experience made me not want to return to this specific establishment.

Food was not good they even messed up the person before me order they asked them not to cook the food togheter and they still did the second time and laughed in the costumers face . Staff were rude didn’t seem to want to be there staff argued with me because I wanted to pay cash the place was absolutely disgusting box everywhere the dinning area table not cleaned off I will never be going back again if I were the manager I would re evaluate the staff very dissapointed won’t be going there again

This particular Thai Express was pretty bad. The cashier was very sick and should not have been working. The noodles were hard, the chicken was rubbery and did not have any taste and the presentation was very unappetizing. Just save your money and go somewhere else. Not a well run location for Thai Express.

The first time I went there about 1 year 4 months back the food was really good . The second time was average and I thought May be I ordered the wrong dish but today when I went there I decided never to step in again . Not just the food was tasteless but half of the options were not even available. Service wasn’t great either . The green curry was hardly a thin watery liquid with no flavours at all .

Surprisingly good Pad Thai! Lots of sauce, which I like, just the right amount of spice (mild) and a good amount of everything in it. Don’t waste your time with the “Imperial Rolls” though. They’re terrible.

For what I paid for this, I could have probably just bought a microwavable meal for the quality of this. There was no vegetables in it at all. The chicken is basically breaded and then loaded with sauce was a bad experience
