Tonight is 31 Nov 2024, 1.50 am. Usually, we come at night to have coffee here. But this is the last time here. Customer service is ridiculous and threatening. I wanted to complain, but they didn’t bother me; I waited 30 minutes to share the incident with the manager, but no one came. So, this is the place I choose to share. The little girl from India is rude to a customer. What a pity!

I had amazing service by Axel trhis morning he was amazing and he did great customer service very kind and generous ❤️ love the way he treated us and served us... Please if you can let him know and please appreciate him for his service... I am giving good review only because of his service and food.…. Rest I saw a girl behind with ponytail no hairnet wearing gloves and touching everywhere on her shirt and all no hairnet standing in sandwich unit don't know her name she wear glasses... And she was being rude to customer and employees... Service timing was before 6 am.… thank you I thought my review will help...improve other guests experience as I do work at Tim hortins as well

The manager at this store was nothing but rude to me when I went in to try and rectify a situation that happened.. she was waving her arms around saying she doesn’t want to fight with me, and all I did was ask her a question, and try to give some clarity.
Because of this woman someone lost their job.
And I’m not sure how being banned works.. but I’m pretty sure you have to tell said person they are banned. Not just word of mouth.
Not only loss of job, but you made someone feel really crappy about themselves over a lie that you told.
Never returning to this location.. unless someone else is in charge.
Ordered a large double double with milk, and, a boston cream donut, this morning, and, the boston cream literally had NO BOSTON CREAM FILLING, WHATSOEVER.
The quality, and standards of not only this TH's location, but the rest in the Greater Moncton Area just keep getting worse. This is the 13th time, in the past month, I pulled up to the drive through window, and was either mising items, from my order, or they never had menu items in stock.
Not saying much for the Tim Hortons franchise, especially, as it's considered a "Canadian Tradition".

Just had an order at tims. Worst customer service ever. No patience while she was taking our order and saying that's all , that's all so many times. The presenter was also very rude talking about their drive thru timers. Ridiculous service. won't come here again . Bye ?

Bright sunny Saturday heading for the beach, NO Iced cappuccinos, NO roasted hazelnut cold brew, flies in the donut display and on donuts, didn’t get the mayo I asked for in my sandwich, didn’t get the butter I asked for with my croissants & I had to ask for knives when the clerk came back with the butter I had to remind her of. And this is not to mention the usual slowness of everyone in there.

Wait in drive true 15 minutes with one car in front. We get the coffee not even full I have picture before I had a drink why do we pay for large and get a medium . Second time this week the other the one was on Paul St. Do you know why the carafe in empty don't want to walk to get the other carafe. Awfull service

Service was quick and very friendly/polite. My beverage was made quickly and with almond milk, as requested. No complaints and will be back if I ever want Tim's on my way back from the airport.

Everytime my wife go through drive-thru, it's the worst service possible (especially during early to late evenings)...I'm not sure if this location is just short staffed, but is seems like there's just only one person doing everything. This location is simply a disappointment....I'm not blaming the staff, it's management that needs to be looked at, I've actually complained before about this particular location. We often get the wrong orders (products), we're waiting in drive thru forever (8 mins one time) because they're short staffed...C'mon Tim Hortons, you can do better than this.
