I had the worst experience at your location on 25th August 2025. I placed a mobile order for a tea with two cream (no sugar) and a cilantro chicken wrap for pickup. When I arrived at the counter, the staff member (with out any name tag) preparing my order confirmed whether I wanted sugar in my tea. When I said no, she told her colleague, “the guy doesn’t need sugar with his tea, gross.”
Later, when asking about the habanero sauce for the wrap, she commented, “It will not burn your mouth, you are brown.”
I found these remarks to be disrespectful and racially insensitive. I had reported this incident to the tim hortons customer care also.
I am sharing this feedback because I believe no customer should feel uncomfortable or stereotyped when visiting Tim Hortons.

Several staff stood idle while a line of several people waited.
In fairness muffin and coffee were up to standard and clerk was friendly when I got to the head of the line.
Overall, disappointing for a national chain with generally high standards.

The worst restaurant , I can say the worst staffs I want to get my regular coffee, but the girl at the cashier I assume she is Indian with glasses on . she was so rude and aggressive, I asked her for muffins I told her exactly which one I need but she made me to come to point it out for her , but it doesn’t end here , she smashed the muffins basket on my face , so I refused to take the order . I asked her about her name she said I don’t have one and I can’t give it to you and the supervisor here . Please him Hortons do well for your staffs

This Tim Hortons is probably one of the better Tom hortons in the Moncton area. They're quick and efficient, pretty much always get your order right! Bravo!
The dieppe bulvd location is the most absolute worst Tim Hortons on the planet everyone of the staff is always rude they never have anything is stock an if they don’t have something you want they won’t tell you they will just give something different an say that’s what you ordered witch it completely wasn’t most worst tim hortons out here witch is sad because they are putting a bad name for the rest of the locations
