Don't order the hot chocolate it's warm water with some chocolate waved over it.... Need to stop messing with the chocolate settings and stretching the mix

The service here is terrible. I’m not trying to be biased, but the white and brown employees are some of the best, but the current employees at this branch are the worst. Night shift Thu 6 Nov. We accidentally placed our order at another Tim’s location and called that specific Tim’s to inform them. They told us that they called this branch to tell them to give us our order. We came here four times, and finally, with a really rude tone, they told us that we had received our order, but we would have to pay again even tho we had already paid for it. I’ve never encountered a rude employee at a tim’s except this. Work your wage.

Edmula or edmella staff member on 29th October 2025(Wednesday) around 11 pm this guy behaving very rudely i just ask for tim bits and this guy disrespect me and my nation the main thing was that he was also from my nation but i think he feels shame for it and he shows anger to me. May be he don’t want to work in Tim hortons or he was very rich guy. It’s my humble request to Tim Hortons that please fire this guy. Otherwise he will do some bad for you guys. I hope you will figure it out as soon as possible.

Some of the staff don't know even the menu. The washroom is not clean most of the time and I had one time experienced to order a turkey sandwich at late at night because I was working late, after I came back to the my work place found the bread was burnt. The location is really good and you always have willing to be there. Just need more consideration.

The menu is not in English through the drive thru, would have spent more money but the French here can't speak English I guess!

Not clean, rude staff, secret extra charges, manager with zero customer service who only made my experience more horrible. My advice? Go to McDonald's a block away for coffee.

I had the worst experience at your location on 25th August 2025.
I placed a mobile order for a tea with two cream (no sugar) and a cilantro chicken wrap for pickup. When I arrived at the counter, the staff member (with out any name tag) preparing my order confirmed whether I wanted sugar in my tea. When I said no, she told her colleague, “the guy doesn’t need sugar with his tea, gross.”

Later, when asking about the habanero sauce for the wrap, she commented, “It will not burn your mouth, you are brown.”

I found these remarks to be disrespectful and racially insensitive. I had reported this incident to the tim hortons customer care also.

I am sharing this feedback because I believe no customer should feel uncomfortable or stereotyped when visiting Tim Hortons.
