Some of the staff don't know even the menu. The washroom is not clean most of the time and I had one time experienced to order a turkey sandwich at late at night because I was working late, after I came back to the my work place found the bread was burnt. The location is really good and you always have willing to be there. Just need more consideration.
I've been coming to this Tim's for the past couple of years. Always good service. And today the gentlemen in the drive through went absolutely above and beyond when he helped correct an order to an error that I made. Absolutely made my day. Super awesome, very friendly and welcoming Tim's. A step above most other locations also its very quick
