Every time I go to this Tim Hortons I am disappointed with the level of quality. From getting my order wrong to the staff being lazy when it comes to preparations. If you ask me it needs new management. The lettuce was starting to even go bad that they served

Stuff was ether really slow or just standing there joking and laughing and not working, had 2 people in front of me and they only got 2 coffee for one and 1 for the next order, didn’t know it took 10 minutes to make 3 coffees, and 3 of the staff was just talking and not helping

Staff is just watching your face waiting for each others to help the customer. No one is there to take ownership. Sluggish

The washrooms were absolutely unacceptable. I understand these washrooms are also shared with Wendy's , so I will leave a review for them too.
The toilets had toilet scum . SCUM . Which takes days to build up from not being cleaned. Disgusting.
There was no toilet paper, toilet paper all over the floor, women's sanitary filth , no soap.
I understand this is a very busy location. But it's unacceptable to be this filthy , which the scum build up shows long term left unattended issues.
There's a difference between high traffic busy and absolutely not properly cleaning the toilets.
Imagine what the kitchen looks like . My god.

Timmy not only warms my stomach but my heart also. My heart was especially warmed, when I visited last, by the scenes of elderly folks enjoying breakfast over lively conversations.
Tim Hortons offerings are good quality, sufficient quantity and affordable prices. I totally indulged my appetite... turkey beacon sandwich, brand muffin and black coffee.

Yesterday evening, I visited Tim Hortons with friends and was disappointed with the service. The staff member who attended to us seemed unenthusiastic , rude and struggled with basic communication. Greetings and interactions with customers are essential aspects of customer service, and unfortunately, this was lacking. The drink preparation was subpar.

I use drive thru very often since along time, recently I noticed that food quality is not the same depending on the staff working there, some times I get great coffee quality (caramel cold brew) with the guys used to work there long time ago,
And very often I get a product that I can’t call it coffee, it’s disgusting look and taste. (Water and sugar taste with a Color transparent brown that looks like a dirty water.
Last time I decided to go back in drive thru and return it, they didn’t understand my issue, I explained that very well, they gave me a hot coffee instead, I reconfirmed that I want a cold brew, they prepared the same previous one but much worse, this time more transparent and less sugar, I didn’t drink it and decided to give up.
One more thing, the same staff when you order a bagel toasted with butter, they use 1 mg butter, the other staff I used to see in the past, they make very good quality food.
If you are a Tim Horton manager, please give value to the senior employees and let them lead your junior members.
Some members are from another culture, which is fine, but they are naturally very conservative on using the ingredients. It’s good for business, but not good for business image and continuity.
Please do something Tim Horton managers.

They were out of eggs, so I ordered a chai test and a sesame bagel. They tried to give me a coffee (luckily I caught that right away and exchanged for the right order), but after I left, I found they also gave me the wrong bagel. A mess up on their end from start to finish.
