Great place to grab a coffee on the way, but because they have no garbage bins near the drive-thru, you have to park go in, so you have a place to put your paper coffee cup. I always use my own refillable cup. For some reason, Tim's think it is not sanitary for customers to have their own cup since covid.

Since most of the employees do not speak English well it's extremely hard to get good service now. Often orders are wrong. Who would have thought that communications skills would be so important in a job where the main thing you do is talk to people and serve them?! I for one go a lot less often due to this and I'd encourage everyone to also not go and tell them to reevaluate their priorities.

I went to this tim hortons drive through. No one responds to me and no one took the order even i can see the employes working inside and i waited for almost 5min and there was still 10min remaining in the close down. I am very disappointed please respect the time of customers thankyou.

This Wendy's/Tim's by Champlain mall definitely makes the best chicken wraps ever! I always hit up this Wendy's,, for take out.. it's guaranteed to be top notch!

I went here to redeem a survey coupon I had received October 31st and was told it was invalid, I had to use it in October. I explained how impossible that was ( I got it late and didn’t even have a chance to complete the survey until the next day) so they refused to accept the coupon. Are they keeping them for their friends?? Another time I had won a coffee on the Tim’s hockey challenge and they scanned my app but told me it ‘didn’t work’ but the offer on my app had disappeared so it definitely DID work. More people need to drive away when they pull these stunts. Clearly fraud because about 50% of the time I’ve gone here there’s been an issue, and it’s always them looking for extra payment when I have offers or coupons.

They never have product and focus on serving customers in the drive-thru.. waited almost 20 min inside to place order/get food.. don't bother going after4 as they don't make any fresh products after that..
