Great place to grab a coffee on the way, but because they have no garbage bins near the drive-thru, you have to park go in, so you have a place to put your paper coffee cup. I always use my own refillable cup. For some reason, Tim's think it is not sanitary for customers to have their own cup since covid.
Since most of the employees do not speak English well it's extremely hard to get good service now. Often orders are wrong. Who would have thought that communications skills would be so important in a job where the main thing you do is talk to people and serve them?!
I for one go a lot less often due to this and I'd encourage everyone to also not go and tell them to reevaluate their priorities.

Tim Hortons offerings are good quality, sufficient quantity and affordable prices. I totally indulged my appetite... turkey beacon sandwich, brand muffin and black coffee.
