Hello, ordered yesterday pizza and iced cup. The staff was very friendly. I was worried that the pizza wouldn't be very good, but I was very hungry and needed to eat quickly Х). But food was really good.
The only thing I didn't like was that the tables weren't cleaned and there were crumbs everywhere. It's a shame that people don't know how to clean up after themselves.

This has to be the worst Tim’s I’ve ever been to. Waited 20 mins in the drive thru just to have my wrap not grilled and no sauce on it. I went in and they slowly replaced it. Got back to the car just to realize my ice coffee was watered down and disgusting. 0/10 recommend. 0/10 food. Not worth the wait.

Couldn't get anything right order was clearly wrong and they would not make it right. Manager was clearly at fault. Wasted my time and just had things refunded. They missed an ice cap, for some reason there was no tomato on my sandwich. Consider another restaurant.

I just went to the Tim’s across from Bonte foods and ordered a breakfast sandwich, English muffin no bacon. Cost me 4.69. What did I get? A chocolate chip muffin. Great. When I tried to call after arriving at work? The phone was not set up to be answered. I’m pretty easy going when it comes to the restaurant business but this ticks me off. Hopefully someone will respond when I visit them after work. Double check the bag folks.

Every time I order here they can’t do anything right and I’m waiting for what feels like an hour.. just went to get lunch on my lunch break and they gave me Burnt wedges, like common people! 😡

Morons can't get an order right . Give 2 toonies and 2 quarters for a double double get a dime back first then go complain cause the loonies were bus fare . I specifically said so and she gave me one loonies and a dime . Great work ! Then I called and the manager started mouthing . They take their own tips !!! Wow !

The manager keeps accusing kids of loitering and is super rude and loud, even though they arent doing anything wrong. It makes a very uncomfortable experience and it's just not pleasant.
