I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, but this experience left me very disappointed. I ordered a coffee, an English muffin with egg and cheese, and a box of scrambled eggs at Tim Hortons Champlain Mall, Dieppe. At the counter, I specifically asked the cashier to make sure my food did not contain any bacon, and I repeated it clearly while paying. The person preparing the food also heard me. To my surprise, when I started eating, I found pieces of bacon in my scrambled eggs. I immediately brought the box back to the cashier, but all I got was a quick “sorry” with no real explanation or concern. As a regular customer, I’ve always trusted Tim Hortons, but after this incident, I no longer feel confident about their food handling. Because of this, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

The pizza was good, and the coffee I get from them is always fresh. Employees are so freandly and polite. When I took the wrong drink last week cause I was in a hurry and came back, they were so nice and changed it fast.

I work in the mall and basically visit this location every day. The staff there are phenomenal and always have super quick service! There’s been a few times I’ve ordered ahead on the app, went to go pick up, and they were out of an item I ordered, but they always make a substitution that’s just as good!! Major respect for those guys:-)

I am so unimpressed by this location. They know my order as they know I'm a regular and yet every single time they screw up my iced coffee. Then they argue with me when I tell them it wasnt made right. Very very disappointing location. I despise when I have to stop at this location. They need better management!!

I've been to this place multiple times and every time there's always something wrong with my order. You ask for a slightly different version than the original product and whoever made it either doesn't pay attention or something. Ask for chocolate milk instead of cream, nope. Ask for a sausage bagel belt? Get a bacon bagel belt instead. It's small things but the consistency that these errors happen is irritating...

Waited in line forever in the mall, finally got up there, asked for a latte, said they don't do that there. Asked for a cappuccino, said they don't do that here. They only do regular drip, yet multiple espresso options are on their sign. Ok, fine, I'll do a regular coffee with almond milk... "no sorry we don't have that here". Its on your sign. I'm looking at it. What gives? Absolute waste of time.
