I've been to this place multiple times and every time there's always something wrong with my order. You ask for a slightly different version than the original product and whoever made it either doesn't pay attention or something. Ask for chocolate milk instead of cream, nope. Ask for a sausage bagel belt? Get a bacon bagel belt instead. It's small things but the consistency that these errors happen is irritating...

Waited in line forever in the mall, finally got up there, asked for a latte, said they don't do that there. Asked for a cappuccino, said they don't do that here. They only do regular drip, yet multiple espresso options are on their sign. Ok, fine, I'll do a regular coffee with almond milk... "no sorry we don't have that here". Its on your sign. I'm looking at it. What gives? Absolute waste of time.

Absolute worst tim Hortons. Very slow, cannot comprehend and follow standard instructions. Messed up my MOBILE order and had me wait over 20 minutes for a flat bread pizza. Completely defeats the purpose of a mobile order. They need to hire better staff that actually care about the job.

Hi, I ordered my everything bagel and steep tea, as I got my bagel, my bagel fell on ground. I asked staff if they can make me a new one, but they said no. I am not that person who can argue for that but I am damn sure if a strict and rude person ask for same thing they surely have given new one. They saw that it fell, it was infront of them. I felt bad.
This location does not have anything , every time they say, we dont have that..!!!!! People come to your restaurant to eat something when they are hungry. Even before closing, they gonna say about 4 hours bfore closing, that we dont have anything. IF YOU DONT HAVE ANYTHING OR YOU CANT MAKE IT,, START YOUR CAR, and Go Home..! ?

Yesterday i got coffee and they gave me wrong so as i was working i had only 15 min break so i went back in 30 min break and i told them that i got wrong coffee then the supervisor didn't even appolise and start arguing that i need cup to verify that? you are not lying. This is for the tim hortons in the mall. I went up and ordered a large vanilla ice coffee with a BACON AND EGG sandwich. All was well, they gave me my coffee fast. not as full as the tim’s i usually go to but i didn’t care, i waited to receive my sandwich and when i went up and asked they gave a sausage and egg. im allergic to sausage. i went back and ask for the bacon and egg sandwich i ordered and told them i am allergic to sausage. the guy put up a little fight but went back, i think all he did was put it in a new bag because when i opened it, SAUAGE AGAIN. i went back for the THIRD time, when i got the sandwich, it was finally correct. but some of the egg was GREEN. Half of the staff you could barely understand, definitely don’t recommend this place for food.

The lady at the counter couldn’t do simple math. My order was 10.05. I gave her 50.05 in cash. She rings it up as 50.00 drops the nickel , doesn’t bother to pick it up. Gives me back a 20 and 15 bucks in bills, 2 toonies and 95 cents in nickels and dimes. I told her I need 40 bucks back, she looks at me all confused. I told her that she dropped the nickle and didn’t pick it up. She looks at me and says I gave her 50. I shake my head and said you dropped the nickel, you know you did bc you looked down at it. She then says ok give me back the change and I give you it back again. I gave her everything back , she then gives me the same 20 and another 20. I mean geez woman get your head out of the clouds. Airhead .
