Placed mobile order 10 min prior to arrival. Came in, waited for a while as other customers were coming and leaving with their orders. Asked about my order and only then they started it. Then they told me that 2 out of 3 items they ran out.
The 1 item they had was very good.

There were some communication issues with the staff about my order. They were friendly though. This location doesn't seem to have an espresso machine.
Slow as shit
Service, atmosphere, and food not in the least bit appealing. 0 starts isn't available, so I had to give 1. I should have walked out when I had the chance and was thinking about it. First and last time I will go to this Tim Hortons.
Went there numerous times for a coffee in the morning and never once have gotten a good coffee. In fact it’s terrible every time. Morning shift needs proper training or they simply don’t care enough.

wish I could give zero or negative , but this is min . Unprofessional rude behavior by the staff and specially by the manager . His name is Sukhwinder I guess . Management Should teach them how to talk to customers .

9/10 when you order they “ never “ have it. Often times, there’s always a mistake with the order as they are too rushed to take it and don’t pay attention. If THEY make a mistake they will charge you to fix it, even though its THEIR fault for not listening.
