Worst service ever experienced in Tim’s. I was served by Indian girl, short, brown and with specs. She badly needs training in customer service. Was very rude and unfriendly. She was on shift at 6:15 AM on 17th Nov 2026

Easily the worst Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been to…which says a lot. Ordered a chili with a white bun. The actual bowl was filled maybe 1/4 of the way up and the bun was served to be still frozen. This clown show is lucky there’s no other options in this airport Or they would be out of business. Tim Horton’s should consider revoking this franchise if they cared about their reputation.

Disappointing Experience – Saturday, July 12 at 10:14 AM
I’m writing to share a frustrating and disappointing experience I had at your location on Saturday, July 12 at 10:14 AM.
After placing my order, I asked if I could have a couple of mayonnaise packets, as only ketchup was available. I was told there would be a charge, which I accepted, not realizing I was being charged $2.76 for tubs of mayonnaise—not standard condiment packets. At no point was this clarified, and it left me confused and frustrated.
When I went back to the counter to express that this was both excessive and wasteful, the staff member (dark hair, wearing glasses) was dismissive and rude. I explained that in all my visits to Tim Hortons in Toronto, I have always received mayonnaise in packets, never tubs. She responded sarcastically, saying she had worked at Tim Hortons in Toronto and packets were never offered. I pointed out that the tubs would now just go to waste, and her response was, “Well, you paid for it, do what you want.” Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the food itself was subpar. I ordered a sour cream glazed donut and was given a blueberry glazed. The bacon on my breakfast sandwich was undercooked and barely edible. I understand this isn’t fine dining, but this visit was below even basic expectations.
I’m extremely disappointed—not just in the quality of the food, but in the attitude and lack of care shown by the staff. I sincerely hope this is addressed with the team working that shift. Guests deserve transparency, common courtesy, and at minimum, food that’s prepared properly. Thank you for you attention m.

Would not know if it was good food. The man in front of me was served and I was not. I think there was serious judgment towards me as the vending machine would not return my 15.00 and I asked the attendant at Tim Hortons if she could help and without thinking she said no. Then I was persistent and she made one simple call and gave me my money. Absolutely horrible experience. Was she profiling? I am so exhausted with this tim hortons. This is not the first bad experience.
Not tim Hortons anymore over ran by ignorent new comers that cant speak English nor count money
At 545 am I walked up and greated the attendant. Nothing back. I placed my order, a chocolate chip muffin and medium coffee. I said thank you, nothing back. Went to sit down, I got a cookie, not a muffin. Would it hurt to acknowledge the customer? Or to pay attention to the order? This is precisely why I don't typically get Tim Hortons.
Love the coffee, Love the farmers wraps
Most disappointing tim hortons ever. Here I am on vacation and it's not even open for my father to treat me to a coffee before I leave. It's only 4:30 pm, it should be open, not closed
