Disappointing Experience – Saturday, July 12 at 10:14 AM
I’m writing to share a frustrating and disappointing experience I had at your location on Saturday, July 12 at 10:14 AM.
After placing my order, I asked if I could have a couple of mayonnaise packets, as only ketchup was available. I was told there would be a charge, which I accepted, not realizing I was being charged $2.76 for tubs of mayonnaise—not standard condiment packets. At no point was this clarified, and it left me confused and frustrated.
When I went back to the counter to express that this was both excessive and wasteful, the staff member (dark hair, wearing glasses) was dismissive and rude. I explained that in all my visits to Tim Hortons in Toronto, I have always received mayonnaise in packets, never tubs. She responded sarcastically, saying she had worked at Tim Hortons in Toronto and packets were never offered. I pointed out that the tubs would now just go to waste, and her response was, “Well, you paid for it, do what you want.” Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the food itself was subpar. I ordered a sour cream glazed donut and was given a blueberry glazed. The bacon on my breakfast sandwich was undercooked and barely edible. I understand this isn’t fine dining, but this visit was below even basic expectations.
I’m extremely disappointed—not just in the quality of the food, but in the attitude and lack of care shown by the staff. I sincerely hope this is addressed with the team working that shift. Guests deserve transparency, common courtesy, and at minimum, food that’s prepared properly. Thank you for you attention m.
Always something to eat here
Meh it's timtims not much to say. Miss the old tims
Would not know if it was good food. The man in front of me was served and I was not. I think there was serious judgment towards me as the vending machine would not return my 15.00 and I asked the attendant at Tim Hortons if she could help and without thinking she said no. Then I was persistent and she made one simple call and gave me my money. Absolutely horrible experience. Was she profiling? I am so exhausted with this tim hortons. This is not the first bad experience.
Not tim Hortons anymore over ran by ignorent new comers that cant speak English nor count money
At 545 am I walked up and greated the attendant. Nothing back. I placed my order, a chocolate chip muffin and medium coffee. I said thank you, nothing back. Went to sit down, I got a cookie, not a muffin. Would it hurt to acknowledge the customer? Or to pay attention to the order? This is precisely why I don't typically get Tim Hortons.
Love the coffee, Love the farmers wraps
Most disappointing tim hortons ever. Here I am on vacation and it's not even open for my father to treat me to a coffee before I leave. It's only 4:30 pm, it should be open, not closed
It can get pretty crazy here but man. Thank god they exist.
It exceeded my expectations as a Tim Hortons. First time in a while I've had a wrap on par with the wraps served in those cardboard sleeves years ago. Some lady took my order (hopefully by accident?) and the employees were super kind and made me another one.
Great service!

To be honest, whenever I come in morning. I don’t now what happened to them these days. Last week and yesterday on 2 November I came for pick up order for vanilla coffee they gave me with espresso shot.
And I ask for microwave choco chip muffin and ask to put butter inside. They gave me butter onside without heating in it. If I want to replace it I need to go again in drive thru or inside. Staff is totally messed up. No one has time in morning to replace again. In morning it’s time for work and start nice day. Yesterday, it make my whole day shit because I also have coffee in my hand during my work, it was really bad in taste. I thrown that coffee. I will never visit this Tim hortans in dieppe. Moncton Tims are still better at one go. Owner you need improvement in staff training what they give to customers. No offence, but you need to do something.

Standard Tim Hortons. This location is what we've all come to know the chain to be. No complaints. Not much you can say when they meet the standard. The staff are friendly, hard working and never have me waiting too long, even when they're busy.
Wheelchair accessibility: They offer handicapped parking spaces, sidewalk ramps to get from the parking lot to the store and electric push button doors that meet accessibility criteria.

Why are you closed for people not taking a flight??!! Twice I've waited for friends with delayed flights, sometimes for hours and you are only open for paying passengers!!! It's 3:00 p.m for God's sake!!
Waiting in line...a long long line
One worker to serve over 30 people
No time to enjoy a coffee

Too bad I can't put 0 stars for service. Only option in departures at Moncton Airport. I asked for a sausage sandwich on a biscuit and they substitited a bagel sandwich. When I made the server aware of this she told me they had run out of biscuits. It would have been nice to be told and given an option. She took my bagel sandwich to the back and returned with another bagel sandwich. The kitchen is behind a door so you can't see your food being prepared! After a while more people came in and there was nobody at the counter.one gentleman yelled out that there were four people waiting to be served. Only one person working the counter. Management might want to look into getting some extra help.
