2nd time around my order is always not complete. No fries for a combo. I dont know whats happening. Sometime's food is very cold. You should hire the right staff.

We just stopped by Wendy’s drive-thru, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. An Indian staff member told us the card machine was broken and asked if we had cash. We said yes. Then there was an awkward silence for about 3 minutes until another employee came and asked us the exact same question. We again said yes. Then they told us they couldn’t hear us and asked us to come closer to the window.
After waiting around 10 minutes for the car in front of us to get their order, it was finally our turn—only for them to hand us the next car’s order instead. I tried to explain multiple times what had happened earlier, but all I got back was “Sorry? Sorry?” over and over again.
The staff, the communication, and the system were all a complete mess. In the end, I got so frustrated I just left and went somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous service. This was such an annoying night.

Very poor quality food. Burger was cold. I usually enjoy the double junior bacon cheeseburger , but ordered two on July 1st, 2025 , and not only was the burger freezing cold but there was way too much bun ! Not sure if this was a mistake or that they are now using larger buns on the junior bacon cheeseburger. Because the burgers I got had the same bun that is on the larger burgers (I.e., Dave's single , double, etc). Not the smaller bun that it usually has which gives a perfect bun to burger ratio. If this is the new way of making the junior bacon cheeseburger I will not be ordering anymore because it ruins the burger when you use a massive bun like that. This needs to be looked at seriously.
Service is good and food is good,bathrooms look like they are almost never looked after, I know that things get busy so I don’t blame the staff, they are doing the best they can, I blame the shore for skimping out on giving hours to people to clean, because we ALL know everyone is looking for work in Moncton right now.
My husband chipped his tooth on a rock hard piece of chicken that was in a half moldy chicken Caesar salad. I tried to file a complaint online, on the app, and by phone and have been given the run around over the last 2 days with no avail. Would not recommend unless you want an expensive dentist bill. I have pictures/video proof.

Bathrooms were disgusting and no reason for it
We placed a mobile order as we are staying at a hotel nearby. We drove to the restaurant and the order was ready within five minutes. I had ordered a side Caesar salad and unfortunately they had given me a bag of pulverized croutons. I watched her put it in the bag on top of the salad container but I was not near to her as I am sure I would have noticed they were crushed. The croutons did not have a chance to be squished while transporting it back to our hotel. I do not believe it would have been possible for her to not notice the croutons were pulverised had she been paying attention to what she was doing. However they were so I will have to take my salad back home two and a half hours away as I have croutons at home. Luckily we have an electric cooler in our vehicle. Clearly there was a lack of awareness with the person who packaged our order. Not impressed.
I'm not expecting a 5 star meal when I visit Wendy's but wow this place is terrible.
One piece of bacon on my baconator, over cooked patties, more grease than sauce and the buns were somehow flattened.
The lady who took my order was rude to both me and her coworkers.
I don't expect to be treated like royalty, but I expect more than a annoyed look and a "hmm?" Instead of just asking to take my order.
Her and another lady then got in an small heated argument over cup placement on the counter for some reason. They seem to be getting along now but it was still an odd interaction to have infront of customers.
There is also far too much swearing between coworkers. It's clearly in a friendly manner, but it's unprofessional.

This Wendy's has all the charm of a burger joint in a gas station. The hamburgers are regularly thinner than a piece of bacon. Small, cramped ordering area. Questionable cleanliness. Just a below average fast food place overall. It's hard to make the Burger King next to it look good, but this Wendy's accomplishes that feat easily.

Rude staff that is not helpful when asking about portion sizes or anything beyond the basics.
They allow homeless people to stay and cause a ruckus, flicking off managers and taking up space.
