First time to the Lower Ledge and it was an all way round great experience. The staff was exceptional , the meal second to none . Absolutely delicious . The location is perfect . Very welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back . Excellent!!

I finally got to cross this place off my bucket list but I will definitely go back. Another of New Brunswick's hidden gems. The food is delicious. Super friendly service and great atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Check it out.

This place is a must visit! The fish and chips, wings and Caesar salad were so delicious. They offered large portions, perfect for those who had/have a busy day exploring the river. Last time we visited, I had the burger and it was also outstanding.

After we ordered, we brought our drinks out to the patio to take in the beauty which seemed to be all around us. Throughout our meal, we continued to enjoy views of the Miramichi which paired perfectly with the friendly staff.

Between the food, atmosphere, drinks, uniqueness and welcoming charm, they have created a space set up to only provide a positive experience for its guests.

Also, their Inn right beside the restaurant looked cozy, well kept and perfectly placed for travelers hoping to experience the beauty and unique serenity of this area. We can’t wait to come back soon, but in the evening to experience the liveliness and comfort of the fire pits, string lights and tables on their patio. Cheers!

Arrived at 7pm, was seated right away. Had our drinks within minutes. Food arrived within 10mins and was DELICIOUS. Great portion sizes . Drinks refilled without having to ask. Out the door by 8pm. We were SO impressed. Our server was so delightful. I should have caught her name . The atmosphere is cozy and beautiful. I was even impressed with the immaculate bathroom lol So clean. Highly recommend. We travelled from Fredericton. It’s worth the drive !

I can't say enough good about the lower ledge. Have never been disappointed. French fries deserve to be in a gallery, awesome grub, beautiful setting, ice cold schooners. Did I mention I can sled there? Look out for going.

Parking: Really? Who cares about parking? Just get your vehicle slowed down enough to get out and get inside for a meal you won't forget.

Drove in from Fredericton for a business lunch,, I'd give the Atmosphere a few more stars but I'm capped at 5 lol,, the service and food were equally as good. I had the mozzarella bacon burger and frys,,, homemade patty seasoned just right and crisp salty goodness frys... the only let down was the temperature out side and didn't get to enjoy the back seating area over looking the river. Wow what a hidden gem.

Coworkers and I have been working in New Bandon for a couple months now and have been to The Lower Ledge 6 or more times for food and everytime its delicious, the atmosphere is awesome and the servers are great! Best spot we've found from Boiestown to Doaktown hands down!
