Me and my husband came to this location this morning for breakfast and a few coffees when we ordered our breakfast I ordered the two for six sausage and an egg deal on two biscuits when we received our order I received one sausage breakfast sandwiches with two extra pieces of sausage I went up to the cash to tell the girl hey I didn’t order this. I need two breakfast sandwiches. I plan on taking these home to the family. She said oh sorry I thought this is what you said. I said no I needed 2 of them. I said can you just fix it for me and she said “NO” I was stunned so I asked her just to refund the order and ring it in properly like I had no problem paying for it and she told me no it was already rung in. This is insane. Customer experience to me insane. Not to mention while we are trying to sit in the lobby eating our breakfast all we could hear is some lady outback, yelling, and swearing absolutely insane experience.

We’ve had to run back into the store multiple times for sandwiches that had green eggs or not made to request. I’ve also noticed it seems every time I go inside they are serving old (red light) coffee. It’s very slow to order inside. I’m beyond disappointed with what this location has become I used to be a loyal customer before I moved now that I’m back the only reason I go is because there is no other location nearby.

300 Main St, Doaktown, NB. Literally waited 10 min to get service inside. The lady in front of me waited longer. She left without ordering, and shortly after, so did I. But yet they took someone else's order before mine that had just walked in. None of the workers even looked at me or even asked if I had ordered yet the entire time with the other lady or myself. I do not have a receipt (as mentioned above, I did NOT get a chance to order,) so I can't enter into the survey.
